  URGENT: Please get in touch with me. You have my number and email. I can't get through to anyone. I've been calling for months and can't get through to anyone... Natalie confirmed the amount and that the invoice has not been paid. She also confirmed that it would be paid back in January. Since then, I have been blocked and no one else is taking my calls. We completed a detach and reset of solar panels for you under your subsidiary Roof Educators in Summerville, SC, but still haven’t been paid. Both Natalie and Tyler assured us that payment would be made. Please help us get this resolved. Invoice 1866 - Roof Educators Thank you for addressing this promptly.

  This has been the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a contractor EVER. This company has been nothing but manipulative and deceiving. Complete insurance SCAM ARTISTS. I initially started working with Burrage on a claim for my house. They acted like a genuine caring company but turned out to be TERRIBLE. I had my house roof and gutters done which was over $40,000 worth of work. I also paid out of pocket over $3,000 to have all new soffit and fascia put on my garage. We KICKED the crew off of the job for the garage because we caught them covering up rot and told them to replace it. The production manager Brian told us that “it wasn’t included in the bid”. The crew SHOWED UP while we were not home and completed the job without our permission. They COVERED UP ALL of the rot. When they did my roof they detached my skylights. I had NAILS ALL OVER MY COUCH AND LIVING ROOM. They didn’t once call me to apologize!! Not only that, THEY WERE COMPLETELY OFF CENTERED and NOT SEALED!!! They tried to refer me to another guy to do the job but he tried to outrageously charge me. My husband got a flat tire and took his new truck to the shop. The mechanic sent photos and told us it was a roofing nail. I sent photos to Kendrick Burrage the owner and he told me via phone that he would cover the tire. 2 1/2 MONTHS LATER NO MONEY!!! Kendrick’s stated that he never said he’d cover it! Should’ve had it in writing!! Then has the audacity to FALSELY CLAIM that my roof had been “touched” by another contractor and VOIDED MY WARRANTY! YEAH BECAUSE MY 6 MONTH OLD ROOF DONE BY BURRAGE ROOFING NEEDS WORK DONE!! YOURE HILARIOUS!! HOW ABOUT YOU COME FIX MY SKYLIGHTS OR TEAR OFF MY SOFFIT AND SHOW ME NOT ROT!!! To top it all off I have requested a ITEMIZED ESTIMATE from this company SO many times and they keep referring me to the insurance estimate. PROBABLY BECAUSE YOURE HIDING MONEY YOU TOOK AND WORK YOU DIDNT COMPLETE. This company is nothing but a insurance SCAM and FRAUD! They abuse insurance wit

  First of all, I have NOT used this business. But based on my experience with a pushy, rude door to door sales person. Was approached on my property by a person representing this company. Stating that they wanted to offer me a free roof inspection due to the recent hailstorm. I informed him that Milan has not had damaging hail in literally over a year. Also pointed out the clearly marked no soliciting sign on our mail box. Still tried selling me roofing. Milan also requires ALL services sold door to door to have a peddlers permit issued by the police department. The MPD has also been notified of this, and will be called if this individual is seen in the neighborhood again, as he has been asked not to return, and to check on the existence of the aforementioned peddlers permit. Update: after checking with the village of Milan, it was discovered that this company has not been issued the proper transient seller permit. If seen again, Milan Police need to be notified. Also it is illegal in the Village of Milan to solicit on private property, regardless of permit status, if the owner displays a no soliciting sign on said property

  We contracted burrage to handle damages from the tornado in april. Our roof was finished, however the crew they subcontracted didnt complete the work until we called about it several times and they left roofing nails all over our yard. Burrage was also supposed to do our siding, attic windows and gutters. None of that has been touched in months nor have we been contacted by them on when the work will start. We had damage to our ceiling indoors as well from the storm. Thats has only be half done and again, no word of when that work will get done. There is lack of communication, timely work, and efficient service.
