  $450 for an initial estimate. They don’t tell you this when you call. They tell you later. Every other company has free estimates. Green Roofing- get with the times. Estimates should not be a profit center. You pay your estimator $25 an hour tops. Bake the cost into your services.

  We do not charge nor have we ever charge for estimates. I think you’re thinking about Green Roofing technologies in Ruskin, Florida, who is no longer in business. All estimates are free and always have been.

  Poor quality of staff could not return ph message left or are just to busy to busy to care.

  I personally have not received a message that you called. Our staff is very customer oriented and if you spoke with a live human being I need to know their name and I will get to the bottom of this. If you left a message during the week sometime it may have been missed, if it was over the weekend messages are not checked until Monday morning when the receptionist comes in at 8am. She is trained to give messages to the office manager or myself, I by the way am the owner of the company. If you wish to contact me directly my cell phone number is 941-234-7230. If for some reason I don’t get your call, please leave me a message and your call will be returned by the end of the day you left the message or the next morning. I apologize for any invoice CR this may have caused, as we are very very busy due to our customer service and quality of work performance.   Very undependable had scheduled a repair for leak in roof twice and they never showed up to do the repair, roof is still leaking and ceiling now needs to be replaced.

  These guys were great! After Ian we struggled with how to get the roof fixed as we were remote to the property. This firm was recommended to us and they really fit the bill. Their scheduling was spot on for our needs, their prices were reasonable, and they were timely, punctual and efficient in all areas of their work. They left the place spotless when they were done. Bob Beckner is a very busy guy, but always took the time to talk to us and answer our questions. We were very pleased with all results!

  Green Roofing was able to help me during the crazy rainstorms we recently had. Our roof was leaking into the foyer and we could not figure out why. The professionals at Green Roofing came out promptly, sorted the problem and made the repair. Price was fair, quality was exceptional! Highly recommend:-)
