  I met with 2 of the companies employees on 5/25/21, it is now 7/2/21 and I have yet to receive an estimate. Shaun also said he would set up an inspection of the roof and he did not follow through with that either. I'm not sure what the issue is, however based on their lack of communication and follow through I would not recommend this company.

  This company is awesome! Ryan Lephart is just great - VERY communicative, and VERY knowledgeable. They did damage repair work for me at a property and were very conscientious and reasonably priced. I asked Ryan to look at another job and he was great at consulting me as to what direction I needed to go in. That consultation didn't cost me anything nor did he recommend we do anything at this time. A breath of fresh air these days when all other companies are just interested in churning and burning people and not necessarily doing right by the customer - they're just out to make a buck!   Our experience with Great Roofing and Restoration was fantastic. John Dickson came out, inspected our roof and gave us our options. They were very helpful in assisting with our homeowners insurance. The crew arrived early and did an excellent job in a timely manner. The clean up was thorough. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend them.

  We had roof damage, and we contacted Great Roofing Company. Adam Faulkner, the representative, did an amazing job helping us through the process. He was professional, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. We are very happy with the service we received. I highly recommend Adam and Great Roofing Company to anyone who has roof issues — you will not regret choosing them!

  Nick did a fantastic job managing the project. I had problems initially with insurance but they were able to get everything right with them. Whenever I had questions Nick was quick to respond. The roofers did a great job. They were courteous and left everything clean and looking new. I strongly recommend doing business with these folks. 2 years out and the roof still looks great. Talked to Nick today and he was able to help me find a good contact to get some repairs done in my bathroom. Great guy, always glad to help. Again, I strongly recommend Nick and Great Roofing.

  Rip did a thorough inspection of or roof. He looked inside and out. He took pictures and explained each area of concern. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and had plan to solve our roofing issues. Rip was friendly and professional and we look forward to working with Great Roofing & Restoration soon.

  Recently my house suffered from a windstorm and rodent damage. I contacted Great Roofing & Restoration and my insurance company for the claim. Adam Faulkner is the representative from Great Roofing & Restoration handling this case. He is very professional and technically well verse in this trade. During the claim and repair process, he is very responsive and giving me a prompt update. With his professional performance, I would like to recommend him to my friends and other customers.

  Ryan Lephart and his roofing crew are rock stars. They just finished roofing our condos and they did an awesome job. They were very professional, responsive and made sure everything was cleaned up and left the property looking great. They finished in record time and even worked on Sunday to get them all done before the rain. The condo owners have expressed how great they were and were very impressed with the service we received. Our neighbors have complimented the workers and the great job they did. The roofs look great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great roofing company.
