  Do not recommend! A trim board they replaced has been leaking, probably for months now and we just didn't catch it. After having to purchase professional fans to try and dry it ourselves they told us it was dry and offered to paint the molded, cracked sheet rock and not even replace it or deal with the mold and water damage underneath! ( this is after the kept prolonging their responses to allow it time to dry! ) . My husband said the worker he brought a long had a can of spray paint he was going to use to cover up the damage instead of fix it. During the initial install we had problems getting them to respond after we signed the contract and couldn't just get someone else... Had to file a credit card dispute after we were double charged.. and now this the worst of all! IMO-Save yourself time, money and damage and find a different company!

  We have explained to Mr. Brown several times that he has no warranty with Benchmark Roofing & Restoration. He agreed that he didn't have a warranty with Benchmark, then threatened to leave bad reviews online for our company if we didn't make free repairs on his home. I explained to him that this would be dishonest because he had never been a customer of ours. Our thousands of satisfied customers, A+ rating with the BBB and preferred contractor status with many insurance companies, speaks for itself. To all legitimate Benchmark customers, we stand behind our work and are ready, willing and able to take care of any warranty issues that our customers have.

  We were very satisfied with our new roof. From start to finish Benchmark Roofing gave outstanding service. We replaced our old skylights and are delighted with the outcome. Our neighbor had their roof done and we asked who replaced their roof and they gave us the number for Benchmark. We noticed the quality of their roof after a few years had passed. Neighbors and even our mailman commented on how nice it looks.

  Let me begin by saying that Vickie and Dan at Benchmark set the standard in what a contractor should be. This team keeps me in the loop with updates and pertinent information on my project. I never felt that I was waiting on updates or I was just “another customer” to them. The team at Benchmark make you feel like you’re their sole customer and that your problem is their problem. I had a spigot burst in my basement “Man Cave” and it was pretty catastrophic to me. I had literally just had the whole project completed about 6 weeks prior. The project required 3 separate teams to bring my Man Cave back to life. Vickie and her squad had the final two pieces: Flooring Drywall and finishing I cannot say enough good things about how Benchmark brought me back whole. From Dan coming out to assess the damage and give an estimate to Vickie quarterbacking the whole show and it’s numerous moving pieces. And then Dan coming out to inspect the work before I signed off for completion. Every aspect was met with a courteous professional manner and was greatly appreciated. My Man Cave is actually better than before the great basement flood of 2026! Do not have a second thought or concern about using Benchmark for any of your contractor needs. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

  Benchmark recently replaced my entire roof. The roof was 22 yrs old and had numerous issues. This was my first experience having a roof replaced. I contacted several companies to give me an estimate. Benchmark not only gave me a great price but they made the entire process extremely easy from start to finish. They had the whole job completed in less than half a day. I couldnt be happier and highly recommend if you need a simple repair or an entire new roof.

  After a leak appeared in my roof, Jason, has come out to check on it and make some minor repairs, twice now without charge. They've been prompt, professional, and really great to work with. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone getting roof work done.

  We have two full roof replacements with Benchmark and they are great to work with. The latest had a beast of an insurance claim process and they helped across many months to get it approved and then paid even with overages. Their crews are also very professional and friendly. Would choose Benchmark every time.
