Bradley Builders came highly recommended to me and exceeded my expectations. Their knowledge and attention to detail stood out among other roofers during inspection. That is exactly the level of professionalism and experience that he and his crew deliver every step of the way. Bradley personally did key flashing details and was the last one to leave after doing a final pass of clean-up. He takes pride in his work, and runs his business with great integrity. I can proudly recommend Bradley Builders for any roofing project. Their workmanship replacing the roof on my house and detached garage was impeccable.

We had Bradley Builder replace our roof about 3½ years ago, and the quality of their work has truly stood the test of time. From start to finish, Brad and his team were exceptionally professional, reliable, and friendly. Their attention to …

I cannot say enough good things about Bradley Builders. After a tree fell on my house during a storm, Brad responded immediately and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. I worked directly with the owner from start to finish, and he was on-site throughout the entire project. He carefully assessed the roof damage, reviewed all of the insurance information with me, answered every question honestly, and was completely transparent and fair with pricing. He also helped me choose the right shingles by recommending manufacturers and showing examples of other homes in my area so I could see colors in person before deciding. The workmanship was meticulous, and everything was completed promptly and professionally. What impressed me most was how much he went above and beyond. He also helped with stump removal, gutters, downspouts, and even fixed part of a broken pipe for me. That level of service is hard to find anymore. Highly recommend Bradley Builders to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service.

Brad is a trustworthy business owner who provided quality materials and workmanship. I appreciated Brad's attention to detail and his communication in discussing unforseen issues that would affect the cost estimate. Everything went smoothly and I was satisfied with the roofing job.

Brad and his employees are all great. My first experience with Brad was when he suggested repairing a rubber roof on part of my house. That held for quite a while and then raccoons and/or squirrels began attacking the roof. Brad was extremely helpful and generous with his time during the period when we were trying to figure out and solve the problem with the wild animals. Once that problem was solved I hired Brad and his team to replace the rubber roof. They did an amazing job. Then I hired Brad’s company to replace shingles on the pitched roof on the rest of my house as well as my garage. Brad and his company are very competent, very honest, and generous with their time and thorough. All too unusual these days. Highest possible recommendation.

I had Bradley Builders out and forgot to write a review. This was to check on a leaks from my roof (which they did not install). I had someone else check one leak, but they did not find another and also over charged. Bradley builders found the leak, fixed that and several other minor problems . I highly recommend them!!

Brad and his crew did an outstanding job. The communication and attention to detail were top notch. Pricing was more than fair and I couldn’t be happier with the installation and experience overall. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bradley Builders to anyone in need of a roofing job.

This is the second time I’ve had Bradley Builders put a new roof on my house. The previous one lasted over 20 years and was only replaced to prepare for Solar panels. It was still in great shape. Brad and his employees are extremely professional, but also friendly. They completed the work in one day and cleaned up everything. Much better than the big name company that roofed and sided my addition (subcontracted by the builder)…
