  One of the drivers of this company’s truck drives like a lunatic. In the 5 minutes that I observed him driving on I-71, he was driving so fast that he almost rear-ended myself and another driver, then proceeded to basically run us both off of the road. If his driving is any indication of this company’s work quality and ethics I would avoid them at all costs.

  Unfortunately this customer has the wrong company. All of our vehicles have GPS device on them which also tracks the speed as well as the location and there was no vehicle speeding on 71. It would have been nice if this person just called into the office as he made it side very severe so we could get more information. Our phone number is on 3 sides of the vehicle.

  Unfortunately there was miscommunication on our end and we dropped the ball. I wish the customer would have called our office during business hours so we could have addressed the issue and got somebody out to his house the same day. I did call the client and apologized personally as the business owner I care about every single client and value our customers time as well.

  They have a crew out working on my neighbor's house, and dumped many shingles/nails in my fenced in back yard without access to clean up. Now I will be cleaning up for their laziness.

  We are not working on this house, we are not doing their neighbors house, which they are very happy about the work so far. As we do the tear off on the roof, the shingles fall on the ground and then the crew picks up the shingles and puts them in the dumpster. Unfortunately, with the tight perimeters we have to work with, due to the fact that these homes roof lines over hang onto the neighbors yard are on top of each other and it being a steep roof , some debris went on the other side of the fence. Our Project Manager has been out on the job site all day and the homeowner says he does not want us on his property to pick up the debris that has blown into his yard. . Our guys are the last thing from lazy, but this neighbor will not allow us into his yard in order to clean up some of the shingles. When we attempted to access his yard and when we did his wife let the Doberman Pincher out . Needless to say we will not be working in this neighborhood again.

  Brent, owner of Ascent and his team done A++ job on our roof and gutters, also done efficiency furnace PVC work to match new roof. Brent walked us through the process with paper work, shingle examples and warranty information before starting the job.

  AMAZING~AMAZING~AMAZING - Brent (the owner) went over and above what any homeowner could ask for. He is so professional and thorough. And, he makes a commitment...he keeps it. I asked for his recommendation on roof color and type...as I did not know what color to select. We went out of town and returned after the job was done. OH MY GOSH..it is beautiful. I am so happy. My husband wanted to see what it looked like up close. So, he took his drone and did close ups. He said that he was so impressed at the workmanship. We had originally gotten 3 estimates and selected Ascent for the BEST PRICE and BEST WARRANTY. THANK YOU BRENT FOR BEING SO AWESOME.

  Hello, I just wanted to send out a follow up review for Ascent Roofing. They were absolutely outstanding. We needed to replace our entire roof. I always see reviews when someone just installed an item, as I had, but always wonder how it holds up. I am about 6 years out and not a single issue (knock on wood). They are great!

  With recent wind storm, a small section of shingles blew off our roof. Several of our neighbors had this same issue. Very early the next day I noticed our neighbors already had a company working on their roof. I approached him, his name is Brent, he is the owner of Ascent Roofing Solutions who was out helping his technicians work on a Saturday due to increased demand. He took the time to come down to our house, assess our situation from the ground give his a ball park estimate and said he could have someone on the job by Monday. Fast forward Monday one of his technicians Lyndon was able to promptly come out, fix our issue and he gave me a call once he was done to go over what he had done. They did not try to upsell me on replacing this entire section of roof as another company had already attempted to do. Ascent Roofing Solutions was prompt, professional, and objective with their work. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of roof work.
