  The owner came out on Monday and said he would send a technician on Tuesday to inspect my roof leak. They originally installed it ~7 years ago (previous owner). No one showed up. This continued all week while my bedroom roof was actively leaking (lots of storms). Today is Friday, and the owner called to tell me I should contact the solar panel company because he believes they are the cause. They never stepped foot on my roof.

  Insanely unsafe driving. Almost hit several cars while speeding and weaving through traffic. If he rushes this bad in a car, I can’t imagine how he rushes through his contracts.

  Very unsafe driving in the company vehicle in Atlanta. I was driving in HOV lane and could not speed up while maintaining a safe stopping distance. Driver was on my tail and swerving through the lanes. Crossing double lines of the HOV lane is also illegal.

  Driver with this company in a large red truck drives unsafe on the interstate outside of Atlanta (2/16). He was tailing people, making gestures, and driving way past the speed limit.

  Due to the flood we had two weeks ago we have had the hardest time keeping up with phone calls, emails, Facebook messages, text. You name it they were coming. So we are very sorry. We have cell numbers that reach much better. We are a local family owned company. Only two of us doing the best we can. We hope you got your problem solved. If not please call us directly. Much better response time!

  Very rude and obnoxious know it all. He interrupted every time I tried to speak. I had pics of attic from work done by a prior roofing company, taken by another company, of all damages in attic, etc., showing why water coming in. In "his" opinion, all was normal, although there are very large spaces between roof and exterior siding where you can clearly see the sun light coming in, and ac duct work is clearly damaged, so air going in attic and outside home, as well as water coming in attic, and from roof/siding, especially over our gas fireplace that has no flashing, that has totally rust rotted and is costing us well over $9k to replace. Clear pictures taken by a company showing insulation in attic that has been wet grim leaks, wet and fallen down inside attic, clear water damage to wood/boards and trash other roofer dumped in our attic of unbiased new materials and old materials tipped off. Grassi said this all normal as well. Electric bill in summer months running up to $600. But according to Grassi, this is normal as well. I don't think so! Also, the company that took pictures in attic for me, Grassi defamed this company stating that they were "a joke". A clear deformation of that company's character. I didn't hesitate to let THAT company know what he said. For such a know it all, he didn't remember he was being recorded with all video surveillance in our home. He needs to be taught to respect people when interacting with them. Horrible customer interaction. HOA might use them, but I would not if last roofer available on the planet. You have been warned!

  We had very nice interaction during the inspection of your home. Everything I inspected was repaired by the previous company. I was never rude or interrupted you. I’m glad people know me and would laugh at what you said about me and the way I do business. You are the one that said the company that was run off and did a terrible job. Your exact words were “they didn’t even put paper on” check your recording. That’s why you wanted it inspected. Also you called about a leak from 2017..... it’s 2020!! There were no leaks in your attic and leaks have zero to do with an electric bill. Im Sorry you don’t like that idea. I Hope you let the company see the video of you trashing them and not me. They repaired it just fine. Just because you feel the way you do, does not mean you should go lie and try to make me look bad. Nick Grassi Proverbs 22:1

  Prior to Hurricane Season, I reached out to my insurance company to inspect my roof. To my surprise they approved a new roof and the inspector recommended Grassi Roofing. I reached out and couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism and promptness. Nick responded right away, was super helpful, direct, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. On the day of his crew arrived at 7 am, had the work completed by 4:30pm, and left my property/yard better than they found it. Despite a monsoon that came that afternoon and drenched everyone. This is a true local company that does things the right way and provides excellent work and customer service. Hard to find these days. Would recommend them to anyone in the area and will be a customer for life.

  Great experience. Danny was prompt and cost was very reasonable . The crew came at 7:30am It was 30 degrees outside. They finished in a day as he said he would. We walked through everything to make sure that my husband and I were completely satisfied. Clean up was excellent .No nails etc. anywhere. I would highly recommend this company!

  Hit Nick up via email and he had gotten on the roof and provided an estimate within 8 hours, free of charge. I had follow up questions regarding the estimate and he clearly articulated his thoughts and recommendation over the phone.

  We needed a roof inspection to sell our house. I reached out on a Sunday, and Tyler was able to come out on Monday. He looked over the areas in question (specifically flashing) and didn't try to upsell us something we didn't need. Great communication all around.

  Extremely pleased. One shingle blew off in past hurricane and the owner came all the way out to a remote location to fix it…didn’t charge me a dime. This kind of service just doesn’t exist anymore. We were very pleased with all the work they’ve done and to only have one shingle lost in the hurricane is quite impressive. Highly recommended.

  Grassi Roofing did a great job here in Pooler. Kenny was quick to come out and take a look for leaks after the recent hurricane. The company then came out in a timely manner. The roof was completed in one day. I highly recommend this local company.

  I highly recommend Grassi Roofing! I had significant roof damage after Hurricane Helene came through. Mr. Grassi was responsive at a time when all of the roofers were slammed with work. His crew replaced my roof. They were fast, polite, neat and the new roof looks great. I will definitely use Grassi for future roofing needs.

  Grassi roofing is top notch. The owner came out shortly after the storm to give me a quote on just a few pieces of trim that needed to be fixed and was professional the whole way through. I will 100 percent be using Grassi Roofing for my next roof replacement.

  Nick and his crew are professional, thorough, and fairly priced. He started on time and finished a little earlier than promised. Nick also was patient with our questions and didn't try to upset us on anything. Would 100% recommend.
