  We had our roof replaced by Grandchamp August 27th 2025. The supervisor left the site and the workers pulled our a roof off then it rained. Our entire home was destroyed. They put the roof on as quickly as possible doing it improperly. To the point where it was uninsurable and leaked profusely. We were told that they were closing up shop, going out of business and filing bankruptcy so they warranty was null and void. I don't know if that's true but they refuse to return our calls and we had to hire a new roofing company to repair the damage and replace the roof.

  There was no rain showing on the radar! We got the old (already leaking) metal roof off and opened up then the rain came. The house got flooded, that is correct. We filed it under our insurance and got the interior remodeled! I was never aware of any leaking from the new roof. The business did close due to personal reasons out of the owners control. Once our insurance got involved we never heard from her again until now! She is more than welcome to email the old owner @ grandchamproof@gmail.com to discuss. He is and has fixed a couple of issues that have come up his self.

  Grandchamp Roofing is the best in the nation, supports small businesses and people in need and and also people that are not in need the owner Bruce Grandchamp is kind hearted and loves to sponsor every event possible! Hilltop Lakes ,Tx is the home and the birthplace of Grandchamp Roofing I recommend them for their dedication to their job, amazing work, support to the community, and professionalism towards every customer!

  Grandchamp Roofing was amazing! I called them for a roof inspection and Steve Koestler showed up and not only located the issues but was able to make the repairs at the time. Grandchamp Roofing will be my first choice for all my roofing needs.

  I credit Bruce Grandchamp for our insurance company covering a new roof after hurricane Beryl. Initially the claim was denied even though we had multiple leaks. Bruce or his salesman Steve went up on the roof with the insurance company inspectors each time they came out to look at our roof even though we didn't have a contract with his company. Bruce's diligence in meeting and pointing out the damage to inspectors resulted in the insurance company covering a new roof. His company kept to the timeline we were given and did a very good job hand nailing each shingle. They had one person continually cleaning up our yard from roof debris. His company also handled getting the new WPI8 certificate for the new roof. Customer service is top notch with calls and emails quickly returned. I highly recommend this company.

  Not sure about the quality of his work but he sure drives like a jerk on Hwy 6 heading into College Station today. Tailgating people and driving aggressively in your work truck doesn’t advertise your business in the correct way.

  If you are in need for reputable Roof Company, I highly recommend and appreciate GrandChamp Roofing Company. Very professional, knowledgeable, answer any questions I had. As well as very pleasant to talk too. Steven and Bruce are 😇's the best guy's to help you with get your New Roof done right from the beginning to the end. Again Highly recommended. 😊

  Bruce Grandchamp and the entire Grandchamp Roofing Team recently completed a project on my home after a severe wind and hail storm which included new decking, roof and gutters. They came to my home the same day they were contacted and assessed the damage. I filed a claim with Texas Windstorm and Grandchamp Roofing took it from there. They worked closely with the insurance adjusters and the process was so smooth. My claim was quickly settled and work began. The attention to detail and workmanship was top notch! I am very pleased with Grandchamp and highly recommend them!

  James and his crew did a great job! Roof was done in one day and looks so good. Fast and efficient crew and they cleaned up so you’d never know they were there. We would recomend Grandchamp roofing to friends and neighbors.

  Thank you Grandchamp Roofing for a roof leak fix after the recent weekend rains in College Station. James Dyer came out, assessed the problem, and sealed the problem area around the roof chimney. James took great care in the repair and the repaired area looks great. Thank you to James for the professional assessment and taking the time to explain all aspects of the repair.

  We had a great experience from the beginning to the end, meeting with Chet Hannon to signing the final paperwork at the end of the job. The crew showed up bright and early, worked all day and had our new roof on by the end of the day. With the exception of the new roof you would never know they were here. The crew works well together and cleans up very nicely. Thank you for a great experience.
