  They came over to give me an estimate. But never got back to me to give. Me the estimate. Called them a # of times no response. Unrelient.

  We hired reliant roofing as recommended by the selling realtor during our home purchase. We need a roof repair and a new roof jack installed for our swamp cooler. What should of been a quick job turned into months of having to call and follow up with when work would be done. It took 2.5 months to get someone out to take measurements. Another 2 months to get a jack fabricates. Then another month to even get anyone out to do the job. They then left electrical wires exposed. They also did not install our A/C level. Communication from this business was terrible.

  We hired Reliant Roofers to install flashing along the side of our roof. After their first attempt of installing “step flashing” we negotiated a piece of metal to be installed. When finished, it looked like our 4 year old had siliconed it and looked worse than when we started. He also left pieces of metal and nails everywhere. Needless to say, We weren’t happy with how it turned out and our response was that “he did the best he could!”

  They did exactly what he said they would do, the crew worked clean and respectively while in my yard. They had to order parts for the return, they did that with the same professional conduct as the first time. Did not ask for payment until the job was completed.very professional.

  We had hail damage to our house and Rick and the rest of the team have been incredible to work with while we navigated the insurance claim process (our first time doing so). Rick came out multiple times to take more photos and send them back to the insurance company so they would approve the claim. When Reliant started work, their team was friendly and professional. David, the team lead, asked what time would be preferable for them to start in the morning, and always explained what they would be working on during each day. We have a couple of dogs, and the crew made sure to go through our yard each evening with a magnet to pick up all loose nails so my dogs wouldn't step on any - service above and beyond! I would highly recommend Reliant Roofing! They stuck with us through the insurance process, got our job scheduled quickly, and did a great job completing the work.

  We've used Reliant's services twice, both times very satisfactorily. For the first time, Reliant sent two people out the very day of my call. They made a temporary repair that worked till we could schedule the full job a couple weeks later--and they didn't charge me for that temporary fix. The later full roof job works well, as does a second job, a deck repair we had done later this fall. No more leaks, workers pleasant, careful and capable, and timely. We'll be pleased to call Reliant any time we need roofing assistance.

  Reliant Roofing is the best roofing company in town. They are always so quick to come out and get the job done. They stay in constant communication with you throughout the entire process which is wonderful for someone like me. They are super knowledgable, friendly, and professional.   It seems a lot of contractors probably have great technical skills but have difficulty managing their day to day business. I had a much better experience here. This was at least the 3rd roofing company I reached out to. I called for an estimate and they came out within the week to look at our roof. Their office staff is pleasant and professional. Not that I know much about roofing repairs, but the price seemed fair, their explaination made sense and no more leaking. The repair guy was also very nice. Thank you.

  I had a roofing company that stopped by my house and told me that I had "missing shingles" on the roof. I didn't see any, so I called Reliant Roofing to come out for a second opinion, and I'm glad I did; it turns out the other company was a scammer. Rick told me that everything was fine. Since then, I've had a couple repair services preformed by Reliant Roofing. The guys are always polite, and they do great work. I highly recommend Reliant Roofing for all your roofing needs!
