Had a new flat roof done on my home. These folks came out and discussed options and gave a quote. Some other companies wouldn’t even show up or reply back. They started as promised and their staff were great. My roof required some new chimney boxes and updated scuppers! They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was done correctly. I really appreciated this! Every day I would get an email or text message with updates and pictures of how the job was proceeding. Job well Done! Thank You!

We had the pleasure of working with GPD on two major projects: re-roofing our storage company and a complete exterior renovation of one of our stores. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are truly commendable. They consistently offer the best options and ensure top-notch workmanship. GPD's team is not only easy to deal with, but also incredibly helpful with design aspects. They have become our go-to contractors for roofing and other projects because they prioritize our best interests. Additionally, GPD has the expertise to transform buildings, making them look newer, better, and more modern. We highly recommend GPD. Kudos to Paul and his entire team for the exceptional results of their hard work on the projects we entrusted to them!

GPD is an excellent roofer. They have done many projects for us, both new construction and re-roof of existing, having recently completed 480 De Baets and 378 Academy.

Always quick to respond to any service work or issue found with any of their installations. Their crews work with the site teams and all trades to make the installations as quick and clean as possible.

I requested a quote online and they came down the very next morning and fixed my leaks. I had in the past called 3 other companies and they did not even come down. Thank you very much for the great and fast service you will be my go to flat roof repair people. Mid-Town Ford.
