  Thank you for your feedback Enzo; however, we gave your parents an estimate to repair and Fina refused the price. We cannot do a repair if you do not pay us. We just did a similar repair on your neighbors house about 3 weeks ago and it repaired the leak. But we cannot repair when not given permission to do so. I understand your frustration with the roof, but it is unfortunately misdirected. You should be angry with the insurance company and not Gotcha Covered Roofing for trying to help. We cannot strong arm the insurance company to replace your roof. If we had that kind of power you would not be leaving us a bad review for helping you. We paid out of our pocket hundreds of dollars to have Carole come help you. We also tarped your roof for free. Gotcha Covered Roofing did not ask you to take down the review, Carole did because she knew we were spending our own money trying to help. Gotcha Covered Roofing spent our own money to try and help you and did not ask you to pay us anything. We stuck with you through the process. As far as ghosting you, we have not received any phone calls from you or Fina. I am happy to discuss options for you if you like. Also if any of you are veterans we could discuss options for donations for your roof replacement as we love helping veterans get free roofs. Also I am not sure where you are in the process with your claim. Last I heard Carole was going to help you with mediation. You may have other options with an attorney, but in order to help you have to call the office at 321-758-1758.

  I left a review or originally because they were just like every other roofer as soon as they find out they can't sell you a 30 or $40,000 roof they're not interested in doing any work for you as soon as I put the review up they contacted me and promised me they would take care of what I needed to be done they came out immediately and looked at my roof and reassured me that they would take care of it by Friday the 6th or Saturday the 7th only to be told this morning that they're unable to do it so I'm getting the run-around again so it all goes back to the same thing these companies don't care about anything unless you need a new roof you'll ALWAYS be on the back burner , so if you're planning on getting a roof repair don't waste your time with these people I put off two other people coming to fix my roof while it was pouring down raining and I was taking water in the house to wait on the promises these people made and they never came through with what they promised thanks for nothing...... I called the another company & I was told by these gotcha people that the price they gave me was at cost but the second person I called ended up doing it for half of what they called COST...

  Jerry this post is simply not true. We don’t have any contract with you. I told you I would try for Friday or Saturday. We tried to call you to reschedule as the crew that was going to attempt the repair was ill. Please provide the quote we gave you for a new roof at $40,000 as I can’t find it in my records nor can I find where I told you I won’t do the repair I only want to replace. I do hundreds of repairs for my customers as I was going to do my best to provide this repair for you putting you in front of my other customers because of the situation you explained to me about the other roofer. I tried to help as I felt bad for your situation. I never promised a specific date I only told you I would try my best. I have receipts of correspondence where we tried to contact you. My ops manager went out to your home to trouble shoot on 2 occasions. She even offered to tarp and you declined. I also have the texts of you threatening me to do the repair or else. Now I don’t feel comfortable doing this repair as you are trying to bully and threaten me. I refuse to be bullied. I showed you kindness and you cussed out my staff on the phone. I have a great team. I will not stand for them being disrespected when they were keeping you posted on the situation. If we didn’t want to do I I wouldn’t have given you my cell phone number and we would have told you we couldn’t do it: Below is what my production staff texted you after not being able to reach you. Along with what you texted me. What you have done is try to blackmail me and slander my company. If this is not corrected as I stated you will be hearing from my attorney.   Used Gotcha Covered Roofing to replace my roof in July 2024 and added a roof over the atrium during the roof replacement. The roof install took around two days and I will say that the crew was very friendly and did very good job picking up after themselves. Unfortunately, within a month later we did have some issues with the added roof over our atrium leaking and sagging due to the Contracted Framer incorrectly installing it. It took many visits to my house and back/forth discussions over text, email, and phone to figure out what the problem was. This later lead to an entire re-roof of the atrium addition in January 2026, a year and a half from when it was installed. The new framer, Tom Lube, that re-roofed the atrium was amazing and I highly recommend asking for him on any roof additions. He communicated the problem right away and was very respectful of our space while on the job. A very faithful man that definitely took pride in his workmanship. I rated Gotcha Covered Roofing 4/5 stars only since it took quite a while for the issue to be corrected. l am just happy that Lisa and Paul held up to our contract and fixed the roof correctly. Just make sure to keep everything in writing and all documentation of any issues. All and all, Lisa and Paul are five star people and I would recommend doing business with them even though we had a roofing issue. They stepped up where the previous framer had failed. They really do Gotcha Covered!

  I had an outstanding experience with Tim from Gotcha Covered Roofing. I recently discovered a leak under my solar panels, and Tim went completely above and beyond to patch it up so I could safely make it through the recent severe weather. He was incredibly helpful and even took the time to set up a bucket inside my house right under the leak. To top it off, he offered to come back free of charge just to double check that everything is holding up well. Exceptional service, great communication, and genuine care. Highly recommend giving him a call. 5 out of 5 stars.

  This team did a great job! Were finished in 2 1/2 days and were very through in laying down tarps to catch all the nails! Easy communication and fair prices! They even helped me to get a public adjuster to help with the claim process.

  Amazing Service by Lisa! We called her to get a roof inspection due to some shingles lifting up after the storm, she came out the same day, and helped us out. Highly recommend based on customer service hands down and we will for sure be using her on all our future roofing needs.
