We knew we needed someone to take a look at a few low spots on our flat roof, so we called a few local companies to come by. We are thankful we decided to invite Golem Roofing out. Andy came by shortly after our request and spent a long time evaluating our roof. Another company used only satellite imagery, while a third didn't show up for the appointment, came by the next day, and spent about 3 minutes up there. Andy discussed our options with us: 1) repair the low spots or 2) do a full flat roof restoration on the house and garage. We went with option 2 for peace of mind and because it comes with an extended warranty. The other quotes were significantly higher and did not offer a restoration option. Andy walked us through the process, provided a detailed plan of work, and answered any questions we had about the restoration. The work was done quickly, and I was offered the opportunity to view it throughout the process. Andy and his colleague were extremely professional throughout the process, promptly cleaned up any mess, and were respectful of our neighbors. This was exactly the type of interaction one would hope to have with any home repair. Great communication, fair price, high reliability, and good work...I would absolutely recommend Golem Roofing for flat roof restoration, and if we ever decide to add solar or a deck, we will be sure to reach out to them first.

Golem came over the same day I called for an estimate. They were very fast and got the permit very quickly, the same day as I signed the contract. Were very thorough and cleaned up when they were finished. Would highly recommend.

Andy and his team were thoroughly professional from beginning of the project to the end. They showed up promptly for an estimate which was 30% lower than a competing estimate. They're communication was excellent and so was the quality of service. The fact that they offer a third party warranty for the service was the cherry on top. Highly recommended

I received several quotes to repair our flat roof, and Golem Roofing quickly stood out. Not only was their proposal one of the more affordable options, but they also made the best first impression by far with their thorough inspection, clear communication, and professional demeanor. I had a lot of questions about the proposal, and Andy was extremely patient, thorough, and respectful in all of his responses. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Andy and Dmitri were both a pleasure to work with throughout the project. They were organized, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Communication was prompt and efficient from start to finish, and the team went above and beyond to complete the project in a timely manner. When an unexpected issue came up during the process, Andy handled it quickly and resolved it in a way that exceeded my expectations, which really speaks to their integrity and customer focus. Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of the work and the experience working with Golem Roofing. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again for any future roofing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof.

Looking for good contractors is not fun. Spoted Golem Roofing on the freeway and gave them a call. He showed up on a Sunday to give me a quote. Andy was straight forward and honest from the beginning. Told me exactly the way it is and pointed out few other issues. He did not try to upsell me. I shopped around and I got lower quotes, similar to his and higher ones but went with him because of his professional proposal and pride in his work. My 2,600 square feet house was done in 3 days. They went above and beyond to do a great job and they did. Now I walk around and pay attention to other roofs and can say what was not done as well as on my house! Thank you Golem Roofing for doing an exceptional job, leaving my place nice and clean and touching up the stucco! It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Golem roofing did a great job with our whole house roof replacement. They had great communication, showed up when they said they would and were very efficient. Their cost was competitive and they offered a warranty for their work. I appreciate that they did a clean up everyday after they finished because it is a messy job! Would highly recommend them for your next roofing project.
