  I am very disappointed with this review. Myself and Parshin personally worked extremely hard to come to a suitable resolution on this job. In my opinion the metal roof work that we installed on this property looks great and was installed with care with excellent workmanship. I am very proud of the work we did on this job and I wish we were able to come up with a solution that would’ve been suitable for you. I acknowledge that there were a few issues that happened during the installation that we immediately responded to, took responsibility for, and did our best to resolve. Customer satisfaction is our top priority for us and we take all customer feedback very seriously. We offered many resolutions but there are limits as to what we are able to offer as we are a small company. I feel it’s important to clarify the facts from our perspective for anyone reading this review. This project was completed and paid in full in winter 2024. Throughout the job, we were responsive, communicative, and repeatedly attended the property to inspect concerns and offer solutions—many of them outside the original scope and at no charge. Regarding the concerns raised: • Roof leak: A minor drip occurred during an extreme, rare driving rain event that also caused water intrusion at window heads. A full roof inspection and water test confirmed the roof installation was sound. No further leaks have occurred since. • Property damage: Debris damaged a BBQ cover during high winds. We immediately took responsibility, apologized, and provided a credit exceeding the replacement cost. • Eavestrough sealing: As outlined in the contract, we sealed existing eavestrough corners as a maintenance item. Sealing work on older eavestroughs carries no warranty, particularly where ice expansion causes sealant failure. This was explained clearly. • Downpipes & drainage: Additional downpipes were installed at the client’s request via a verbal agreement. These required two service visits and were never i

  We had Golden Horseshoe roofing repair the roof and garage to our house and they did a fantastic job. From the first quote with Jason to the final invoice with Parshin we were in constant communication. The guys did an amazing job not only with the roof but the final clean up. If I had before and after pictures of the job I would slot them here. But my garage roof probably had its original roof from the 70s. And now it looks like it has life again. I look forward to working with this team again in the future for more projects and I would definitely recommend Golden Horseshoe roofing for your repairs.

  Fantastic service, I cannot recommend them enough. We had a leaking roof and they had it done in two days. Give or take a few days for unworkable weather. In my case it was a special experience when they corrected a leak that for so long others failed to identify properly.   Jason was the only person who came in person to give a quote, inspect the work area, and go over the process in detail.   Jason and his team were truly remarkable. From the initial visit where he explained what we needed and why (very important!!), to the installation of the new roof, soffits, and additional attic insulation - everything exceeded our expectations. They went the extra mile to answer all of our questions and make sure that we were satisfied fully with the work that was done. We will be giving them a call for our siding next year - and any other exterior renovations we can come up with!!! If I could give them a bonus 6th star, I would in a heartbeat.
