  Rich Flores and Cody Romney were my contacts at Goat Roofing. While we were negotiating the work of replacing our roof shingles they were very kind, helpful, upbeat and encouraging. They were completely aware that we didn’t have personal funds to replace shingles on our roof unless our insurance covered the cost (The shingles had been damaged during a storm.) I was assured by both of them that they would help communicate with our insurance company to make a claim for the payment of the job. The insurance approved the work and opened a claim. But, once the roof was completed and our insurance company didn’t immediately have the money sent, both Rich and Cody were very harsh in their speech and mannerisms with me. They treated me like I was a swindler and a bum. Both of them were rude and demanding each time I talked with them to try to assure them that they would be paid as soon as the money from the insurance was released to me. In the end I had to scrape together needed household funds along with part of the insurance money to pay them. Their communication was very hurtful, unhelpful and unprofessional. It took away the satisfaction of having a newly shingled roof and left us feeling like crooks because we (like nearly everyone else in the world) we’re subjected to wait the required days needed, by the insurance company, to finalize the transaction. If you’d like to spare yourself the same Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde treatment… or be left with the same disappointment/unpleasant experience, I’d find a different company.

  Sorry for your experience with billing. We were professional in all our discussions with you. We do understand the need to be patient when it comes to dealing with insurance and it is due only upon receipt. The insurance company ensured us all funds had been released and processed on your end. There was however a misunderstanding with regards to HVAC that was also replaced at the same time and not fully covered by insurance. They were paid in full before us and believe that was the cause for the misunderstanding or apparent lack of funds. We did receive final payment today thank you. It is unfortunate that this is the take away despite your positive experience with the rest of the process.

  On 10/17 had an appointment at 5:30pm No show, received a call at 6:30pm to reschedule for 10/19 same time. I received a call at 5:20pm saying 10 min away, I said will meet you at my house and open the side gate. I get home to find the roofer trespassing already up on my roof pulling up tiles and he has no idea where the leak is since I didn't show him. I never gave him consent or permission to go up on my roof without me being present, Total disregard and disrespect and the fact he pulled a no show the other day, I asked him to pack up and leave. I don't do business with companies of this nature. I don't care how many stars they have!

  A great place to work with. Cody helped me through the insurance claim and explained each step as they replaced my roof. They have a high standard. I had a tear off, installation and clean up that was so smooth and efficient.

  I have used Cody and his team at Goat Roof multiple times for myself, clients and family members. They are always great with communication, showing up when the are scheduled and cleaning up any mess they made. I high recommend them and will continue to use them and give their name & number out.

  Ladies, such a great job me and my wife had no clue about the process of the first time we’ve done anything like this from the moment I told them we did an insurance claim to the very last day they helped us push our knocked out to us every single process in our roof looks pretty Albert the most great job.

  The owner, Cody was always responsive,professional and knowledgeable . Work description was detailed and exact, stood by the quote. Work crew was very hard working, respectful, worked from 7am to 6pm and cleaned up! We had one little glitch, but Cody made sure we were happy!We would highly recommend Goat Roofing.

  GOAT Roofing was great to work with. They moved quickly and got my roof replaced on a short deadline when my insurance company was threatening to drop coverage. The roof looks great, I really appreciate their hard work. I would recommend them if looking for a good contractor to replace your roof!

  I had a problem with my trusses and a part of my roof was sagging. I called GOAT roofing and Cody quoted me a great price and better yet they came out that afternoon and fixed my roof. I am very pleased.

  GOAT gave me a fair estimate and helped me work with my insurance company to receive maximum value on my wind claim. The work was done quickly with fine craftsman and the roof came out perfectly with only my deductible as my expense. I would recommend G.O.A.T. highly for your roofing needs.
