  GMR (Garvin Metal Roofs at the time) installed our Tilcor metal roof in 2020. In the years since, we've had numerous issues with leaks, though all were "repaired" under warranty. A year ago we started to experience another leak, but now GMR is unreachable. GMR Ohio has seemingly vacated their offices. So now I'm left dealing with GMR PA, GMR NY, and GMR FL. Experiencing the same issue as others - Calls not being returned, calls straight to voicemail, and blocked numbers. Here's the usual call flow: 1. You'll likely get voicemail. They will not return the call based on the voicemail. 2. If your number is not blocked at this point, on one of the rare instances where you do get someone, they will either tell you they'll refer you to warranty for a call back (unsurprisingly they will not actually call back) or they will transfer you, and you'll sit on hold indefinitely. 3. If you attempt to call back yourself, you will either get an immediate disconnect or a busy signal. Your number is likely blocked. 4. You can confirm the above by calling from a different number. Try google voice or something if you don't have one. You can maybe get through and restart the entire process from beginning to end, ad nauseam. It seems as though GMR (PA, OH, NY, FL), Garvin Metal Roofs, Premier Homeowner Solutions, whatever business name the Garvin brothers are operating under, has no intention of honoring your existing warranty.

  Having issues and can’t get a return call… if I do get a live person on the phone they just send me to a voicemail and that’s the end of it I have never heard back for them in several months and have called several times a week for months and left messages on occasion. I wish I knew then what I know now about this Garvin Metal Roofs. Good luck if you ever need warranty work.

  Roof looked amazing. 2-3 weeks means 2-3 months. They did an amazing job though. Mexicanw work really hard. I work with them everyday because I do construction for wexner Zuckerberg and bezos. There was enough material left over to build another house. Most people don't realize that what is delivered to the job site is theirs. They did a great job on the roof though. It looks really amazing. Looks amazing. A little scammy. Charged me for WAY to much material and labor because I know.

  Hi, Just a little confused - was not aware you had any issues with the roofing project at all? We always over ship materials to avoid any delays during the roof installation. This is stated on the roofing agreement and with the supply chain as it is right now - we do everything we can to make sure when your roofing project is started - it is completed in a timely manner with no delays. We have spoken personally and if their is anything I can do to explain this better and change you overall experience - feel free to reach out anytime.

  If I could give no stars I would. Saw this vendor at the home and Garden Show in Columbus. Gave them our info. They called at the beginning the week and scheduled an appointment with us. We waited all day.They never showed up or called. So, I don't care how good you are if you are so disrespectful of my time, I don't want your company.

  Nightmare process. Multiple sales and customer service employees lied. I was told an active leak would be tarped while waiting for installation. That didn't happen. Installation timeline was completely false. Still do not have paperwork on warranty. (for all I know the warranty is a scam to get the sale) Pleas note, the company finally did make things right. This was the direct result of the general manager Anthony Riccio. Once he took over the process I was not told any more lies and he communicated what was being done to fixed what was promised. Although all problems were not able to be fixed, he let me know, and why they could not be fixed. In my opinion, Anthony Riccio should get an 8 or 9 star review just for fixing the mess that was my roof installation. He is the one positive I had with Garvin Metal Roofs.

  I called for an estimate. Lady on line said they don't do inspections. I said I would contact someone else. I called back got an answer service. I wondered if they do estimation without seeing the roof. She called me back said put words in my mouth about wanting two more years out of the roof. I just needed an estimate That's all. Terrible, rude juvenile communication skills here . I would never trust this company.

  Hands down the best overall home improvement project we have every had in 25 years of home improvement projects. Josh set expectations properly from the beginning, delivered an ontime installation working around a tough weather schedule, and managed the project communication from start to finish. The installation crew was on time every day, were all very professional and friendly, and provided an excellent quality installation.   Josh was professional, patient, helpful and above all else the most communicative out of all the folks I received estimates for my roof from. Josh was extremely patient, helped me find the best solution for our roof, personally oversaw that the job was being done right, and left us with a solid feeling that we had chosen the right man for the job in getting our roof done. Would 100% recommend to anyone seeking someone competent to get their roof done. Josh was honest and helpful throughout the entire process! Went from having the worst roof on the street, to the very best! Thank you!

  Our new roof was installed last week. The crew arrived as promised and finished the job in three days. They were courteous and seemed very professional. I asked a couple of questions, and they responded quickly and politely. The roof looks great, and they cleaned up everything when they left. It rained two days later and there was no sign of a leak. I have every reason to expect that the roof will last for 40 years. I will recommend them to my friends.

  Long story short; Had a standing seam metal roof installed by another company 3 years ago. Three years, a leaking roof, a 40 page roofing inspection, a lawsuit and subsequent settlement later, we found a new roofing company, GARVIN! (For info about the other company who NOT to use reach out, I’ll tell you all about them, with pics). GARVIN Meal Roofs: Absolute professionals. Josh, Sean, Eddie and the crew showed up on time, took their time and did it right. They had a mess to deal with (thanks to the previous roofers). They dissected the roof one section at a time, making sure very step was done right before moving on to the next section. Roof is impeccable! Five year old sheathing (OSB) was severely water damaged, they replaced it with actual plywood. Skylights were removed and replaced with the correct style (curb not deck mount) and flashed correctly (using correct flashing, NOT voiding the skylight warranty). Hems are tight, chimney cricket is perfect and chimney cap (thanks Sean!) is awesome. Where they had to use caulk, the bead was tight and thorough. Not globbed on like the previous roofers. Metal work was awesome overall. The entire job took less than 5 days, including tear-off. (Previous roofs, 5 WEEKS!!) Eddie and Sean showed up at 7:15 am, got their safety equipment on and ran down what they were going to accomplish for the day. And they did it! One day was a 1/2 day because of rain (NO LEAKS!) , but they made up for it by coming in on a Saturday and finishing what they had started. Eddie and crew his left nothing behind at the end of each day. Needed materials were stacked neatly out of the way, tools were put away and trash was disposed of properly. They were even concerned about the noise they were making (sometimes work from home)! No worries from my end at all. Truly considerate of them. Neighbors even commented about how hard the crew worked AND (more importably) the quality of work. One of my biggest ‘things’ is keeping me infor
