  Worst company ever. They are doing the roof where I work and we have had ceiling tiles falling out on top of us It sounds like they are picking up items and dropping them on purpose. All day long. This has been going on for weeks. The mess inside the building is horrible. The noise makes it impossible to hear when on the phone. Never use this company

  Watch your P’s & Q’s with then. If it doesn’t align, it will be a problem! I don’t care about your (when I’m looking for a reputable company to accomplish a task)personal values, I wanted to hire a reputable company for a service based on their experience. They may have experience, but their value to the customer needs doesn’t align with their agenda. Before you judge my opinion, I will say I am a multiple six figure earner that will give credit when credit is due. I value the expertise of contractors who will do a quality job. The mentality here is, “ someone will give us money, so I don’t really care”.

  Very disappointing. They were my first choice mostly because I remembered Gluth roofing from when I was a kid and I had hoped that longevity equated quality. They didn't provide any details about what they would do. Then when I attempted to call them it took multiple tries and they wanted to put it off until spring and even said they would only do it this year if I came up with an extra thousand dollars. They were already quoting higher than two other companies that have also been in business for multiple years. We never received a work order and they didn't seem like they were interested at all even though the salesman who came to our house told us his boss said they needed a few more roof jobs. Well we didn't need them either. We got another company for the job.

To clarify, our salesperson provided you with two options, one for having your roof completed in the winter of 2022 and another option to get your roof completed in the spring of 2023 with our Spring Discount.   Gluth Brothers was suggested to my husband and myself from my parents who had some work done to repair their roof. After calling several companies to get quotes on work we took the recommendation from them. I called to set up an appointment. I was told on one had to be home and someone would be out in a week. Week past and no response. I called back asking if the technician had come out. They let me know due to the rain the technician was unable, which was completely understandable. Was then told it would be another week. It is now a month and a half later and nothing. I called again the beginning of this week to ask and no call back. I understand they are busy but we were potential customers too.

Unfortunately with weather conditions such as rain, it forces us to move everything back due to unsafe conditions for our crew and to protect the integrity of your home. We do however offer Time & Material Repairs, which allow for you to get your roof repaired in less time and is more cost-effective; these types of repairs allow for your roof to be repaired without the wait of an estimator.   Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars. On the other hand if I was rating based on lack of communication skills I would have given five.

  Had storm damage to our roof and asked for an estimate. Someone came out the next day, walked the roof and showed pictures of the damage. Had an estimate that night. They fixed everything within a week, exact match to the old roof. No hidden charges. Reliable company with honest pricing and polite employees.

  First time having a roof replaced and was a great experience, Mason answered all the questions and concerns we had. Crew did a great job with installation and clean up afterwards. Mason also followed up a few days later to inspect. Definitely recommend and would use Gluth Brothers again.

  Gluth Brothers Roofing is solid. My partner and I have hired them for commercial TPO roofs when we were contracting. They’re the roofers we call when we need work done on our properties. You should call them too.

  We had such an amazing experience with Gluth Brothers, and I need to specifically call out Mason for his incredible communication and over-the-top customer service. This is such a rarity, and you have a gem with Mason. Very long story short, we were under the gun to get our roof replaced for HO. It was a very stressful month of research of companies, and we know nothing about roofs, so we didn't even know where to begin. We had three bids, and Gluth was not the lowest, but when it comes to a roof, you get what you pay for, so the "best deal" was not worth it to us. Further, the other two companies didn't make much effort to communicate with us after the estimate was received or checked in at all. Mason earned the business by a landslide by answering all our questions, responding quickly, and he was just the overall winner. He is a great guy and has the communication skills that so many organizations lack these days. We adore him! Our roof is finished and we love it. I never thought I would care too much about a roof, but now that it is on, I am sort of excited about having it - I must be getting old. Mason and team, you are amazing. We are so grateful to have found you, and we are thrilled with the end result. We look forward to connecting in another 30 years (:

  I recommend Gluth Brothers roofing!!! There are good people and they took care of me!! I worked with them for a while due to the weather but got the job done like they said!! Tony and his crew were great and had communication with me!! They fixed my roof in one area that was damaged from the horrible winds we had! They replaced my gutters and even replaced the old gable vents on each side of the house!! Thank you for everything!! You need your roof fixed or replaced? Call Gluth Brothers!! They do the job right!!
