  Great experience working with jude on our roofing project. he clearly explained how the roof replacement would be handled and gave a detailed quote that listed the shingle and material options with no hidden costs. The roofing crew was professional, polite, and well organized, and they finished most of the tear-off and installation in one day. trenton, the foreman, also took extra time to walk me through the work, answer questions, and explain each step in simple terms. After the new roof was installed, the crew did a thorough cleanup around the property. There was also an issue when the shingle delivery truck damaged part of my driveway, and jude helped work out fair compensation with the supplier, which made the whole experience much less stressful. i really appreciated the clear communication, honest pricing, and quality workmanship, and i would highly recommend this roofing team.

  They stood behind their roofing work and proved it with action. My roof was finished on time, the new GAF roofing system was installed well, and when I noticed a small leak near the chimney, Jude and Hunter handled it in a professional way. They inspected the flashing carefully, explained the issue in simple terms, and fixed it right away. While taking care of that small roof leak, Trenton also helped uncover a much bigger problem inside the chimney where water intrusion and air leaks had been affecting the home for a long time. Their crew addressed the roofing and chimney flashing concerns quickly and helped stop the moisture issue before it could cause more damage.   i reached out about having my roof inspected after strong winds lifted a few shingles. hunter and the crew were very helpful, and hunter met with my insurance adjuster to make sure all the roof damage was properly noted. Soon after, they contacted me so i could choose the shingle color i wanted, and hunter clearly explained the reroof process, including the ridge vent installation and the roofing warranty available. We scheduled the job, and the whole roof replacement was finished in one day without any problems. very smooth service, good communication, and solid workmanship from start to finish.

  If I could give 100+ stars, I would. Gilbert Company gave me the best roofing experience I have ever had with any contractor. From the first call with Jude to meeting the roofing crew and working with Hunter and Trenton, the whole job was smooth, professional, and very responsive. They answered every call and email quickly and kept us updated through each step. We needed a full roof replacement along with new gutters and downspouts, and the team handled everything with real skill and care. They finished on schedule, the cleanup was excellent, and the workmanship was top quality. In the heat and sun, it is important to have a strong, dependable roof, and they made sure every detail was done right.   this roofing crew did an outstanding job after a tree crashed onto our house soon after we moved in. the garage roof and a lot of the framing were badly damaged, but the team handled everything with care and skill. even though we had a tough time dealing with our insurance company, trenton always kept us updated and made the process less stressful. what really impressed us was their honest pricing. we compared their estimate to the insurance company's numbers, and even checked with a different roofer the insurance suggested. in the end, our insurance paid the amount this crew originally quoted—which just shows how fair they are. besides being affordable, their work is top-notch. fixing framing takes real know-how, not just shingle replacement, and we could tell their craftsmanship was solid. when there was a small problem with the ceiling drywall, hunter, the site manager, noticed and made sure it was redone without us even asking. they truly went out of their way to deliver quality work and treated us with kindness and respect throughout. i highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing repairs.
