I recently had Gevara Roofing replace the roof on our home and I was extremely pleased with their work! Mike initially came over and inspected our old roof in detail and noted ways in which we could improve the attic ventilation for better climate control. He also proposed ways to improve our flat roof to prevent water damage and protect the structural integrity of our front porch overhang. He clearly laid out his process, timing expectations, and cost. Gevara's costs are very competitive and, frankly, unheard of given the quality of work that he and his team performs. His team is amazing and I would highly recommend them for roof work and/or home exterior needs.

We hired Gevara Roofing for the first time to check a leak with our metal roof. They responded fast and came the same day. They were so honest to let us know the leak was not from the roof. they did not charge anything for inspection. I will use them again for roof issues. very honest company.

My experience with Gevara Roofing, punctual, communication a PLUS & fair pricing. Mike & his Dad did an excellent job on my roof ! My only regret “ I didn’t find Gevara Roofing sooner ,” would have saved me on many levels. “ APPRECIATE INTEGRITY “

We were helped with a link in our two years old roof. Jesus was able to help us, by letting us know that the caulk around the vent was crumbling. He used the correct caulk and followed up with us to make sure that there was no linking the next time it rain. We used the company again, to set up an outside bathroom vent. We highly recommend the company.
