I thought everything was going great, wanted to put a down payment on the roof and no one ever called me back. Went with someone else with better materials, and a 25 yr warranty for labor and materials.

I called to get an estimate to have a roof put on said they would go out and look at it and give me something in writing then about 10 days now haven't heard anything so I guess they don't want it

Thank you for the feedback Mr. Pegram, and I apologize you were left hanging and never received an estimate for your roof replacement. I would have responded sooner but we just recently gained access to our google my business page. I am not sure what happened but I know at that time we were in our beginning stages of starting our company and honestly did not have the best systems in place to keep track of our clients. We would gladly offer a generous discount on any of our services if they would be beneficial to you. If interested please reach out to us and depending on the service needed I can expand on what we can do for you. Thanks again for the feedback, and if you would like to give us another chance we would be honored to earn your business.

Working with Richard and the Grace Roofing team was a great experience. They were incredibly friendly, transparent about the scope of work, and left the property spotless once the job was done. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the whole team showed genuine pride in what they do. I can't recommend them enough!

Perfect 5-Star Review for Grace Roofing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After getting several estimates, we decided to go with Grace Roofing for our roof replacement, and I’m glad we did. Richard and his crew were professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. The crew showed up when they said they would, kept the property clean, and completed the project on schedule. The quality of the installation was outstanding. They used Owens Corning Duration shingles and explained the entire roofing system so we knew exactly what was being installed on our home. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company in the Winston-Salem, King, or Tobaccoville area, I highly recommend Grace Roofing. It’s a family-owned business that truly cares about its customers, and it shows in the quality of their work. Five stars all the way.

If anyone is needing roof repair I highly recommend Grace Roofing and Construction. They replaced our roof and did a great job. After they finished we noticed our storage building in the back yard didn’t match and they came back and did that too. We are very happy with how it looks and with their work.

Cassie and Richard are great to work with. The entire process was very organized and efficient. They always came when they said they would. Even after they left, I had a few issues, and Richard came to address them quickly.

Richard gave a thorough examination of our roof and sent a very detailed bid. His crew did a magnificent job and Richard even helped me paint a place I couldn’t reach above my porch - and used his tall ladder. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend him! The new roof is beautiful!

We recently had our roof replaced by Grace Roofing, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Richard was great to work with, kept us informed throughout the project, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and did an excellent job with both the roof installation and the cleanup. It’s hard to find a roofing contractor that’s honest, dependable, and easy to communicate with, but that’s exactly what we found with Grace Roofing. If you’re looking for a roofing company in Winston-Salem, King, Tobaccoville, or the surrounding areas, I would definitely recommend giving them a call. We had a great experience and would absolutely use them again.
