  This company has been sold to a man who does not operate it as did the original owner of this company, Steve, is a man of excellent character. Chris Ramirez is the new owner since January 2025, and I would warn prospective customers to BEWARE of him. Here's why. I have known the original owner, Steve, for yrs now, who has done minor repairs on my roof. I trusted him so much for his character and expertise that I figured one day when I need my roof replaced I would like to have him do it. But now Steve is only an employee of Chris, who does quotes, repairs, & oversees roofing projects, but no longer does the roof replacements himself. So initially Travis gave me an estimate, & afterward I was communicating with Steve, whom I had known for several years for those small jobs. All my communications with Steve were excellent & there were no issues with him personally whatsoever. I had emailed Travis to say that I have a small 2-3 foot water diverter on my roof that I want them to re-spray paint & reinstall, asking him to add that to the quote, which I figured would not cost extra since it is so simple & their competitor that I had gotten a quote from was not going to charge me for it. But Travis added a $100 charge for it, which seemed quite high. So I discussed it with Steve, who said he'd ask Travis if he could remove the charge, as long as I re-spray paint the diverter myself. In that same conversation with Steve, I mentioned that their competitor that had quoted me (Camel City Roofing) had decided to drop me & not do business because I had asked for references. Steve knows the owner of Camel, a man named Richard, whom he is friends with. He thought it was strange though that they didn't want to give references & dropped me like that. So Steve asked Travis to remove the $100 charge for the diverter reinstall & (although I had not asked for any from Tip Top) he said I was asking for references. He also mentioned to Travis that Camel City had dropped me bc I asked for

  Leonard, We respect everyone’s right to share their opinion. However, we believe this review is based on inaccurate assumptions and does not reflect what actually occurred. No work was performed; no contract was signed—despite the time we spent with you at no charge—and no payment was ever exchanged. Without any work being completed, there is no basis to assess the quality of our services, workmanship, new ownership etc... You also claimed that we spoke with Camel City Roofing and colluded with them. That allegation is simply not true. I have never spoken with anyone at Camel City Roofing regarding your project, and neither has anyone on our team. After an internal review, we made the professional decision not to move forward with the project. As a company, we reserve the right to decline work when we believe the fit is not appropriate or when our team is not being treated with respect.   Had TTR out on three separate occasions to fix a leak issue. We were charged all three times for the work and it is still not repaired. Same three leaks after Florence. Clearly they do not stand behind their work!

  Tip top just installed a metal roof on my home and I am very happy with roof. they had excellent customer service very quick response time I am very pleased with the quality of work. They cleaned up after the roof was done and my front porch looked better than before they got there haha. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know.

  Had a great experience with Tip Top for roof replacement and chimney removal. Communication was excellent throughout — they answered questions promptly and kept me in the loop on timing and progress. I felt well taken care of the whole way through and roof looks terrific. Would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

  Great service, from a thorough estimate to completing the project. They did an outstanding job and the crew worked hard. Excellent communication and a professional operation. Everyone showed up when they said they would, and they cleaned up daily which we very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

  Great experience. Travis responded quickly with a quote, answered all of our questions, brought by samples and scheduled the job the same week. Roof was completed in 2 days and looks great. Excellent communication, follow up and top notch work. Would definitely recommend!
