  I’m sure this is a fantastic company however I don’t appreciate this company using my front porch as a pick up spot for their crew members. My patio/porch is not a bus stop. My dog goes crazy (it’s very very early) and still at least 5-7 of these guys gather a wait for rides outside my home, on private property almost daily. They leave food/trash and look at me like I’m in the wrong spot when I’m at my own front door. I’ve asked for them to please go somewhere else to get picked up but seems they don’t speak any English. Sorry to put the company on blast but the number on the truck that picks them up everyday doesn’t answer and mailbox is full. Please have your crew be respectful of loitering on people’s private property. It’s getting to be a problem. Thanks

  Hello, We do not pick up workers or anyone else so I feel this is a case of mistaken company, possibly someone using our company name but with a different phone number? Our office number is 480-370-0300, and it is listed on our bright green vehicles we use for estimate appointments only. Our voicemails are checked daily, and we do not ever have our mailbox full.   They lie all roofing companies lie all say they do quality work but hire people that work have low experience and do just enough to get the job done wont exceed expectations but will promise the world

  I am unsure who this person is because there is not a full name and we did not provide service to anyone named Dan Man. We had 2 customers named Dan over the past 2 months, and they were very satisfied with their work. I see Dan Man has only left 1 review and that was for us, so I am not even sure this is a real customer. There is also no details provided here, so I am unsure what they are unhappy about if this is one of our customers. Our roofing crews all have between 10-20 years experience, and have been with us for a long time. We pride ourselves on our work and would not accept skimping on a job, or doing the bare minimum.   Bought a maintenance package from them for $435 to replace missing and loose shingles up to one bundle and seal down anything else that is loose. Had two prior quotes that said I only needed about 1/2 bundle but wanted to go through Angie list. Took pictures before and after. Did a great job on the missing shingles but didn’t touch multiple spots that were loose and coming up. Didn’t use the rest of the bundle. Didn’t even attempt to seal the loose ones. Didn’t even look. Called them and they’re claiming they used the whole shingle bundle but they didn’t, and even so, why wouldn’t you seal up the ones popping up that didn’t need replacement. That’s exactly what your deal said you’d do? Don’t waste you money. I could’ve paid a guy from Craigslist $50 to do this.

  We used a whole bundle of shingles as per proposal on this roof. After the fact, the customer called the office and wanted us to replace loose shingles throughout the roof for no additional cost. This customer was advised they needed a roof replacement at the time the estimates were given, and opted to do just the maintenance. We could not replace all loose shingles throughout the roof, as the roof has them throughout the roof, and this was not included in the proposal. Customer wanted us to do this after the fact, and for no cost. We could not do this as there was too many throughout the roof, and the customer needs a roof replacement, as shingles will continue to loosen and fall off until the roof is replaced due to the age and condition of the roof.

  Thanks for replacing the roof on our rental patio cover. Nice job and the tenant was grateful for the attention to the post day mess cleanup, friendliness of workers, etc. Another A+ job. Thanks.

  We had them out for a roof inspection and roof maintenance. This is the third time they've been out since we had the roof replaced when we bought the home in 2018. As before they did a great job and cleaned everything up great. All the people you talk to from the company are pleasant to deal with and I'll be using them again

  German Roofing and Dianna were a pleasure to work with. I got multiple quotes for having maintenance on my roof including replacing cracked roof tiles and cleaning the gutters. The price was great and the work was done in a timeless manner. No complaints

  I’ve been using German Roofing for over a decade, and they’ve now replaced at least three roofs for me—with a fourth in the works. After this many years and this many projects, I can confidently say they are one of the best roofing companies you can hire. German Roofing consistently delivers high-quality workmanship. They are reliable, show up when they say they will, and keep the entire process organized from start to finish. Their communication is solid—clear estimates, no surprises, and constant updates as the job progresses. They’ve always been honest and straightforward with pricing and recommendations.   I highly recommend German Roofing. We own multiple houses and only call German Roofing for any and all roofing issues. We have used them for roof inspection, roof repair and they are coming next week for skylight replacement and to install solar fans in my attic. They are easy to work with, responsive, and affordable.

  Everyone in our neighborhood was getting a new roof. We knew our time was coming. We decided to pre-empt any problems and scheduled inspections with a couple of roofing companies. One we found on the web, the other, German Roofing, came recommended by a friend with rental properties. Long and short, we decided to employ German Roofing. First, their bid was lower than the other company for the same service/product, and they've been in business for a very long time. Manuel came and inspected our roof, described everything he found, provided pictures, and explained our options, which included a minimal cost option to repair the damage he did find, which would enable us to limp along for another 2-3 years. I was surprised he offered this option, since it would've been easy for him to just indicate our roof needed to be replaced. We decided to replace the entire roof, and the patio covering. I am so pleased with the whole experience. I am impressed with the crew, nimbly climbing all over the roof, in 115 degree temperatures. They were always very courteous, and cleaned up our yard and driveway every night. One evening, when a storm was rolling in, our dinner was interrupted by the doorbell. One of the guys drove all the way over to be sure everything up top was battened down before the winds came. At the end, I expected some additional cost, as one never knows what the plywood will look like, and likely might need to be repaired. Additionally, tiles break during the process. We were not presented with any additional costs. Again, surprising. Manuel sent pictures again of the work in progress, showing the state of the plywood, and the finished product. The day after our roof was finished, it finally rained. No leaks, which is expected, but I was still pleased. I would definitely recommend German Roofing. We will be calling them every year for an inspection.

  German Roofing was recommended by my son-in-law "Handy Andy". They did some work for him and he was very satisfied. They redid my patio roof (flat) and did some maintenance 5 or so years ago. My house was built in 1999 (tile) and I had a small roof leak. The first one I thought of to do the replacement was German Roofing.

  Superb service, terrific communication from initial quote to follow-up after the job was completed. Did a great job on a flat roof over the patio, and repairs around a chimney. Excellent knowledge about all aspects of roofing, and a pleasure to work with. Highly Recommend. #2 Repair: This is the second time in 2 years I needed to use German Roofing. Same great communication, great service, great job! NO issues. If you need roof work done, don't look any further, just go with these folks!

  Great experience with German Roofing. I obtained a range of quotes, but was impressed with the honesty and quality value adds offered by German. Manuel patiently answered questions and did not try to oversell (as some others did). I was treated fairly by German Roofing and they were flexible in doing the work while I was away from home. Manuel returned to do a final inspection and provided pictures of the completed work. Thank you, German Roofing.
