Mr. Alvarez claimed he could help us with a leaky roof. He came, did "work" for $2,300 and claimed the leak was fixed, and if we had anymore leaking for us to give him a call and he'd come out and do additional repairs. The next rainstorm, water came pouring through the roof again. We called him and he came out the next day. He first tried to deny that there was still leaking (as water was dripping in front of him), then told me that the job was "too hard" and left. So now we are out over two grand for essentially no work done.

Very good Job on the Roof! Georgia Ultimate Contractors came out to fix my roof and did an awesome job. Super easy to work with, showed up when others didnt, and got everything done fast. No more leaks, and the roof looks great. Really glad I went with them—definitely recommend!

I can’t rave enough about how wonderful & elite their team’s customer service was! Full roof replacement after I got a “no” from my insurance provider (they made it happen) - expectations were entirely met and exceptional.

This was the best customer service I have had in years. Everything was explained and the company representative went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t need to worry or be stressed with the project. I highly recommended this company to any one. Thank you so much for what you have done for me and my son.
