  My new roof is niiiiiice! Perfect color matching! It’s hard to but believe that it can all be done in one day, but believe it because it can!

  I really enjoyed working with DB and he did a great job of explaining /answering questions. He also promptly returned my calls and was available when needed. I am very pleased with the work as well, the quality is excellent and the area was completely cleaned afterwards. I would recommend them to everyone. Easy to work with and they did everything they said they would and in the time frame they gave me. Thank you so much Georgia Smart Service Roofing!

  My insurance company declined my roof for a repair. I met the Project manager and he explained the whole process to me Step by step and he gave me an adjuster to represent me as the insurance company had their own adjuster. Ga Smart came through and got it approved. Initially the claim was denied, I was notified by my adjuster what was going on each step, I was notified by phone and text at times, they filed a rebuttal and I was notified that they wanted to repair 90 damaged shingles instead of replacing the roof, they kept going and I was then notified that the roof will be replaced!! The crew did my roof using GAF material and my house looks amazing. Highly recommended.

  Love the work done on my home and especially my new roof. I have gotten lots of compliments on the roof. I had damage from Hurricane Helene and they did an excellent repair and replacement. They handled everything with my insurance and kept me completely informed along the way. The work was done efficiently. I was absolutely surprised at the clean up from a fallen tree. They went above and beyond in my opinion. I will certainly use them again if I have any construction needs.
