  This company’s commercial on the jordy cullota show is so annoying it makes me want to avoid this company at all costs. Each morning while I’m trying to get my sports news im tormented by that terrible “roofs up” commercial.

  Roof installed by geaux roof, leaks occurred soon after, vent stopped working, more leaks now. called and emailed them lately without any response! I am going to send messages in nextdoor to warn my neighbors.

  we paid them so much money to fix our leaky roof (thousands) . they did not. they came back a few times, but eventually stopped calling us back all together. After almost a year of this, my dad who is a carpenter came to work on our roof and repair the ceiling. He said the problem was an obvious, relatively easy fix. Needless to say NOW our roof is fixed thanks to a little elbow grease and an experienced eye, no thanks to Geaux Roof.

  I called for an appointment to get an estimate to get a metal roof. I asked specifically if Geaux Roof did metal roofs and was assured that they did. After waiting an hour for the representative to show up, he said oh we don't really like to do metal roofs and we have too much business now any way. Really? How unprofessional.

  They came out and inspected my roof on short notice, free of charge. They have earned a loyal customer. Them being a small local business is important to me as well.

  Dane was excellent at getting all of our needs taken care of. He dealt with the insurance company to get a quick result. Within one month our roof was replaced and insurance claim was settled. The workers were quick and cleaned up excellently.

  We were very satisfied with Geaux Roof. They did an excellent job. They were timely, efficient and very clean. They always picked up their mess, roofing nails and left nothing in our drive and yard.

  A trusted reputable roofing company very honest. I had rotten decking which wasn’t known until the shingles were removed. They replaced all the bad wood. The construction repair work price in addition to the original quote was very fair and at the end of the day it felt good knowing the roof was back up to speed with not only what you see but what you don’t see. Professionally done. I am very pleased.

  Geaux Roof quickly handled my roofing concerns. My roof shingles were ripped away from hurricane Ida. Geaux Roof quickly came out and temporarily sealed, then replaced entire roof within a few days since hurricane. They documented everything making sure insurance claims were met.
