  We’ve worked with Clayton and Jace for many years, and they have handled every roofing need we’ve had. They installed our original polyurethane roofing system after we dealt with repeated leaks from an old tar and gravel roof, and the difference has been outstanding. Most recently, they completed a roof resurface and maintenance service to help keep the roof watertight and in great shape. They have also been helpful with a few related exterior needs, and every project was handled with care and professionalism. The crew is prompt, easy to work with, and clearly takes pride in solid workmanship. They explain the process well, use quality roofing materials, and make sure everything is done right.   no affiliation, just a happy customer. i had never heard of garcia brothers roofers llc until i started looking into replacing the roof on my townhouse in atlanta, but several neighbors spoke very highly of them, so i decided to call. i am really glad i did. their estimate was a little higher than another roofing contractor that had worked in the area for a long time, but the roofing plan was clearly better. for example, instead of just swapping out the old attic fan that had always been noisy, they suggested ridge vents to improve airflow and help release heat from the top of the roof, which makes a lot of sense for atlanta weather. that upgrade turned out to be a much better fit for my home because it is quiet and works well. from signing the contract to the roof installation, the whole process moved along smoothly. even with a little weather delay from a sudden rain shower, the crew worked hard and stayed late the first day to keep the project on schedule. the workmanship was skilled, efficient, and very professional. what really stood out most was the communication. shawn, william, and clayton each explained every step in simple terms i could understand, answered questions quickly, and kept me updated throughout the project. that level of customer service made the whole roofing experience much easier and less stressful. i also appreciated the extra care taken during the job. the on-site manager made sure nearby front yards and back patios stayed clear of roofing debris during the day, not just at the end. the cleanup was excellent, and the property looked even better when the work was finished. after the new roof was completed, another crew returned to handle the gutter replacement, and the results were just as good. the gutter work was neat, solid, and finished with the same attention to detail and clear communication. based on my experience and what i heard from neighbors, this team consistently does quality roofing and gutter work the right way. i highly reco

  I met William when he came to our home for a roofing inspection, and he explained the whole process clearly. He was professional, easy to talk to, and very thorough. He got up on the roof, took detailed photos, and then came down to review everything with me. After that, he walked around the house and pointed out the damaged areas on the older shingles so I could better understand the condition of the roof. Because of the slope of the yard, I was even able to see some of the problem spots myself, which helped confirm what he was showing me. Within a couple of days, he sent over a clear estimate along with the inspection photos. He answered all of my questions and made me feel confident about moving forward. I also spoke with two other roofing contractors. One wanted to give an estimate without even getting on the roof, which did not seem right to me. If a roof has visible damage, a proper roofing estimate should come from a real inspection, not just a quick look from the ground. Another contractor did inspect the roof and take photos, but they still missed some of the damage that was easy to see once it was pointed out. When the roofing crew finished the job, William sent final photos showing the completed work. The before and after difference was impressive, and the roof gave the house a much better overall appearance. The new skylight has also been a great addition, bringing in plenty of natural light during the day and creating a soft glow at night. I also appreciated the warranty coverage and the extra care after the installation. We were given a few extra shingles, and William reminded us that if anything ever comes up with the roof, including storm-related damage or debris, we should reach out. The cleanup was done very well too, and the yard was left clean and free of nails and roofing debris. Overall, this was a very positive experience from inspection to completion. If you are shopping for roofing services, this is a company worth considering.

  Garcia Brothers Roofers LLC went above and beyond what I expected. I was out of town and could not be there during the roof installation and chimney repair, so I was not sure what to expect, but I hoped for the best. After reading strong reviews and hearing good references from friends and family, I chose them over four other estimates that were all fairly close in price. They kept me updated by text and let me know what day the crew would arrive. Even while I was away from Atlanta, I was able to ask questions and get clear answers while they were on site. The crew came prepared, stayed organized, and kept the job moving without delays, which gave me a lot of confidence. My roof had storm damage to the shingles, and the old chimney had cracked brick, bad mortar, and rotted wood around it. They removed the problem chimney structure and replaced it with a pipe system, which solved the roof leak issues I had been dealing with for a long time. They also replaced several damaged roof decking sheets and repaired the weak areas the right way. The whole roofing job was completed in less than two days, and the workmanship was impressive from start to finish. I really felt like they treated my home with care, like it was their own.

The crew showed up on a suitable day for roofing work and stayed organized from start to finish. A professional team of about 15 experienced roofers worked together smoothly and completed the full roof replacement in one day. The copper flashing installation looked great and went beyond what we expected, with strong attention to detail around the problem areas. They also did an excellent job protecting the landscaping and making sure stray nails and debris were cleaned up well after the job. with the hot weather and strong sun we get in ga, it was good to see materials and workmanship handled the right way for long-term roof protection. overall, we were very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and cleanup, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.
