The work schedule fit neatly after we approved the written replacement scope, and the PVC single-ply membrane replacement stayed organized from start to finish. There wasn’t an insurance claim involved, so the process was straightforward and handled directly—communication, property care, and cleanup all met our expectations. Phil kept things clear, and the finished appearance looked right based on what we were expecting as building owners. The work was completed by Galveston Roofing Company. That initial concern was taken care of by the time everything wrapped up.

The finished look after our 60-mil TPO membrane replacement was the biggest relief, especially since the existing roof was around 29 years old with age-related wear and recurring problem areas described during the inspection. The work was …

Conner helped us get through our architectural asphalt shingle roof replacement with a calm, straightforward process. The existing roof was about 25 years old with age-related wear and recurring problem areas the homeowner had described, and the inspection followed up with photos and measurements. Conner reviewed the material choices and kept scheduling simple, which made the whole experience feel manageable. I was genuinely impressed with how the communication stayed clear from start to finish.

Our commercial warehouse evaluation really helped us decide, because the updates were steady and the plan for the 60-mil TPO membrane system was clear. That experience was with Galveston Roofing Company. The property team requested an evaluation due to wind-related concerns at the roof edge and penetrations, and the work included the membrane, insulation, cover board, heat-welded seams, drains, penetrations, and perimeter metal. We got communication before material delivery, at the end of each workday, and again before the final walkthrough. After the punch list was finished, they reviewed cleanup areas and explained the warranty and closeout documents, and I’m grateful for the crew’s professionalism.

What stood out to us was how the inspection and options process led into a clear schedule. Emory explained the modified-bitumen roof replacement with multiple roof planes and landscaping close to the drip line in mind, so we knew what to expect before work began. Material delivery and driveway placement were coordinated ahead of time, and the cleanup impressed me—debris removal, gutter cleaning, and multiple magnetic nail sweeps around the driveway and yard. Our contractor was Galveston Roofing Company. Afterward, the organized process gave us confidence through the timeline.

After comparing continued repairs with a full-system approach, we chose a modified-bitumen roof replacement, and the finished result felt like the right call.

Our standing-seam metal roof replacement came together smoothly after Hiram came out through a previous customer’s referral. I appreciated how he coordinated material delivery and even handled driveway placement before the start date.

From the initial inspection to completion, our EPDM roof replacement took about 5 weeks, and the communication stayed organized the whole way. The salesperson met the adjuster, documented the roof conditions, and walked us through what the carrier scope meant. The crew was careful with property care and cleanup, and the finished appearance looked sharp. As the facilities manager, I was especially satisfied with how everything was coordinated and how Galveston Roofing Company handled closeout and the final walkthrough.
