  I wanted to like Eagle Eye Roofers, I did. At this point, my expectations of Galveston contractors are extremely low. I’ve come to learn people don’t do what they say they are going to do. I called them because I had a roof leak above my kitchen, we thought it was the metal roof. First we scheduled for a middle of the week, mid-afternoon assessment and I drove down from Houston in the morning since I work from home and had a day full of meetings. An hour before, they called to tell me they had a scheduling mistake and it was for the following day. I returned the next day and they came at the end of the day, did an assessment, and provided a quote. We paid for the work to be done, and they came out to complete the work: resealing around the bolts and recoating the metal roof. A few weeks later, the roof is leaking again. We fully understand that sometimes a roof leak might require trial and error, the first fix may not have been it. We were willing to pay for additional work, and we were willing to be flexible on timing, we just wanted the leaking to stop so we called them back thinking they had knowledge of the roof and setup, they could continue with the project. They scheduled us a couple of days later, I drove back down there since they were supposed to be down there in the morning, they were a no show. I called again, no ETA for arrival. I called again and they said they’d be there at the end of the day which was hard because I had to be back in Houston by a specific time that evening. They did an assessment and said they needed to do a full review of the roof because there was some flashing around a window they needed to fix. Fine. Provide a quote and let’s get it fixed. They said they’d be out Monday the following week, we didn’t need to be there. Great. I was out of town for work not babysitting them and I get back in to see the weather reports showing 9-12 inches of rain coming down for the following few days.   Lindsay, we are sorry you’re having trouble with your roof still. Unfortunately there is nothing more we can do besides start over and give you a new roof. Since we did not install your roof there are several things that could be wrong and the only option is to start all over. This happens a lot and we are sorry you’re in that spot. Apologies for not calling you back today but we would be happy to help if you’re open to truly addressing all issues from poor craftsmanship from another company.

  Had a new roof put in. The job itself was contracted out, I thought they did their own work with their own crew. Didn't find this out until after job was done and we had issues that weren't getting fixed. Within 2 months we had a leak, thankfully over the deck and not in the house. They patched it. Now we have a new leak in the kitchen in a brand new roof that is only 4 months old. Last time it took them over a week and a half to come out and fix the leak. In the end my guess is they will patch this one as well so we will have two patches in a 4 month old roof that we paid thousands to have put in, and we have to hope it doesn't continue to do this. I don't think our roof was put in properly or very well for that matter and I have not been happy with their communication overall. On a side note, their website shows they have an A+ rating with the BBB, but they have NR rating!

  Stephanie, I'm very sorry you're having trouble with your roof. We have you under warranty for 10 years and already have you on schedule to come out see why this is happening. I called a few minutes after your call and left a voicemail hoping to come out sooner before we get more rain. We aren't perfect by any means and will correct anything that's not right. The roof was inspected by TDI and approved by their inspectors so it was indeed put on correctly and with the best products. I know these things can be unsettling but it has to be something very simple. Patching will not be done on the roof...a proper correction is what you can count on. In response to the BBB comment...we have not renewed with the BBB because their fees are more than outrageous now. It has gone up over the years and we find that most people get their information on Google. We also found out about things being done with their organization that made us turn away from them. We were on their site in our early stages as a company but just this last month have not renewed and our website will be corrected accordingly. Again, I'm sorry this is happening but we take pride in our work and you will be taken care of. We are not the company that doesn't take your call or you can't find after your install. That happens to many people and we aren't that kind of business. Thank you

  Just wanted an estimate for a portion of my roof. Only wanted to sell me an entire roof and then never got back with me after I said I don't want an entire new roof

  I had a roof leak during a rainstorm and reached out to Eagle Eye Roofing for help. Jason was extremely responsive and went above and beyond by coming out to my home while it was still raining to help. He placed a pan in an area I couldn’t safely reach to catch the water and help prevent further issues until the repair could be completed. As soon as the rain stopped, Jason followed up and came out to complete the repair. He was professional, helpful, and truly cared about taking care of the problem quickly. I really appreciated his willingness to help in an urgent situation and his excellent communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Jason and Eagle Eye Roofing to anyone looking for someone who is reliable, responsive, and stands behind their work.

  I hired Eagle Eye Roofing to install gutters on my house a few years ago and they were great to work with. Then when I had an issue with another contractor sealing a roof penetration incorrectly, Eagle Eye fixed that up too! Highly recommended.

  Eagle eye roofing replaced my house and garage roof, in two days, removing my chimney and repairing my sub deck in the process. They did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of day one and the complete project. They were very communicative so we didn’t have any issues keeping our dogs inside the fence and out of their way when needed. They were able to complete the project without damaging the previously installed gutters!

  We replaced a roof after Hurricane Beryl. Our home is a 1960's remodel project with a shingled hip roof combined with a flat roof over a screened in porch, no soffit venting, old non-working roof fans, and roof vents too close to the ridge cap to add a ridge vent. Jason took one look at the situation and offered recommendations and options. After research, we ended up choosing exactly what Jason had recommended including roof venting above the soffits and new solar fans to create air flow in the attic as well as upgrading to class 4 shingles for high winds and heat. Jason, Amber, Joey and team have been great about all questions, big or small, and wonderful on follow up. We even received approx. a 10% discount on our windstorm insurance due to the class 4 shingles. We are so glad that we chose to work with Eagle Eye Roofing!
