  Hello Araceli, throughout the claim process, our team kept you updated by both phone and email regarding the status of your claim and the responses received from the insurance company. Unfortunately, the main issue was the TYPE (that you also didn't know you had) of insurance policy currently on the home, which your carrier ultimately determined did not qualify for a full roof replacement. As we previously explained, the insurance company has already made their final decision on the claim. The amount they issued and that you already received was based on the repairs they approved under your policy coverage, and it is possible that those funds are intended to address the current damages on the roof. We also want to clarify that GA TOP Roofing Solutions has not received payment from you or from the insurance claim for roofing work to be completed. Because of this, we are unable to move forward with repair or replacement work that was not approved or funded by the carrier. Our team, along with your Public Adjuster, truly made every effort possible to help obtain approval for a full replacement. Unfortunately, the final coverage decision is determined by the insurance company and the terms of the policy, not by our company.

  They damaged couple of bricks and put some holes on the black strip. They said, they will come and fix it. But, they did not. I am tired of following up with them. Very unprofessional and complete liars.

  GA TOP Roofing solutions do an amazing job! The project manager, Andrew Jimenez, was an excellent communicator and kept us informed every step of the way working with the insurance company. The roof looks amazing and they take their time to make sure everything is done right and cleanup was exceptional! I highly recommend if you need a new roof to give them a call!
