Postponed a Job for more than a month. Called patiently for an actual date to be scheduled, and they never went.

  Reply from the business

Matias, you gave us the go ahead to do the job on August 23rd, so in terms of the time frame it had not been over a month. I called you to reschedule before the scheduled date and you agreed to reschedule. I’m sorry we couldn’t work together, and our schedules were conflicting. Please call the office if you have future concerns. We will be happy to help.

Record shows plenty of experience. I did not experience with the workmanship provided or customer service from owner and employee. I have pics to prove any point and since have asked other professionals in roofing business, and I fell my father along with 3 others in his complex didn't get fair job for the money. Be aware folks even locals can take the shortcuts and cheap way out when needed.

I was charged $550 for an hour or work, caulk, a piece of material that cost $40. I called to speak to the owner several times and could not get a call back. After finally reaching him, his explanation for the charges were the cost of travel to my home in Odessa. We agreed to disagree on the charges after I consulted with other industry professionals whom said $150 was a fair charge. This company is an a perfect example of businesses doing what the can simply because of the limitations in Odessa.

I've used G&M Roofing & Construction for all three of my new roofs after West Texas hailstones damaged them since my home was built in 2004. They are always professional, honest, and use quality products. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Chris and Brandi are an EXCELLENT team for all your roofing needs. Our home, like so many in the Midland-Odessa area, was severely hit by the Summer 2024 hail storm. We contacted Chris after seeing their sign across the street from us. …

This is the only roofing company I recommend or use in Odessa! Ask for Jarrod, he is great to work with. Just needed some small repairs on my roof, they got me an estimate the same day, and got it done super quick.

Got recommended to me by someone in my neighborhood! Jarrod was very nice and explained the whole process to me as this was the first time ever having to have my roof replaced. The workers came early in the morning and stayed until 9pm …

After a wind storm flipped up a big chunk of shingles from the roof, I went to Facebook for repair recommendations. G & M roofing was highly recommended from someone in my neighborhood. Office was friendly and understanding! Roofers did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards!
