  I contracted with G&C Restoration back in June 2025 to replace my roof. They replaced a roof across the street as well as another roof for the homeowner in Crestwood so I decided to use them. Tristan worked with my insurance company directly and seemed to make the whole process go smoothly. On the day of my roof installation, I had concerns from the beginning. There was a small crew size. Different from their sales pitch. Incorrect or no materials were delivered the day before. Old tar paper was left on during the tear off because of no underlayment onsite until I called Tristan. I noticed underlayment left off on parts of my roof and shingles being installed directly on the bare roof deck. Around my dormer, no new step flashing was installed, but reused and shingles installed on top of the flashing. I had stayed in constant contact with Tristan and Johnny the whole day expressing my concerns and they always said they were on their way. Roofers showed up at 6:40 am. No one else showed up until around 5:00 pm and Tristin not until around 8:30 pm and the crew was cleaning up. The first time it rained my roof leaked and continued to leak after every rain around my dormer. Tristan and Johnny came out and we agreed upon a repair, but the repair was never fully completed and my roof continued to leak until I had it tarped. No resolution has been found with G&C Restoration which left me with the decision to start over with a new roofing company out of safety concerns for myself and my home. I have attached photos of what was uncovered from my original roof installation by G&C Restoration. The photos speak for themselves. I would not recommend G&C Restoration for any work that needs to be completed on your house.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel we did not meet your expectations. You initially contacted us regarding a leak in your basement, which was not present on the first or second floors. When we came out, we performed a water test, which did not reveal any leaks in those areas. However, during the test, we observed water pooling in a corner near your foundation. Upon further inspection, we identified multiple cracks in the foundation along the back of the home, the left wall, and noticed that the porch was pulling away from the house. A compromised foundation can lead to shifting, which places structural stress on the home and can affect its overall integrity. This type of movement can also cause damage to roofing materials, creating gaps that may allow water to enter. After identifying the likely root cause, we offered to have a foundation specialist come out for further evaluation. You chose to proceed with your own foundation expert, which we completely understand, and you mentioned you would share those findings with us. Unfortunately, we did not receive any follow-up. We also offered multiple times to address any roofing-related concerns once the underlying issue had been resolved. For transparency, we have documentation from the project, including photos of the decking and step flashing, the synthetic felt installed on the decking, and ice and water barriers in all valleys. We also have videos from our water test, photos showing the condition of your foundation, and documentation that there was no counter flashing on the porch prior to our installation. Again, we apologize that you feel your expectations were not met, and we appreciate your feedback.

  Tristin made the process very easy for us. The crew did a phenomenal job. Roof done in one day, spotless clean up, and new gutters the next day. I would recommend this crew to anyone! I’ve had two roof replacements in my life, this was by far the better of the two. I will never use another roofer.

Tristan was a pleasure to work with—he delivered exactly what he promised, and the project was completed even sooner than expected.   Five stars for G&C Restoration! Dealing with storm damage and homeowners insurance can be an incredibly stressful process, but they made it completely painless. They handled the entire process from start to finish, meeting directly with my insurance adjuster to ensure all necessary storm damage was documented accurately. Their expertise helped get my entire roof replacement approved smoothly. The installation crew did a phenomenal job on the new roof. They kept me updated via text and phone at every stage. The roof looks great!

  I was beyond impressed with the work of Tristin and his crew. He came out to give an estimate within a day of reaching out. He sat and explained the entire process to me before signing any type of contract. His workers were on time, efficient and did a wonderful job. He showed up when he said he would and the job was finished in a very timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof.

  Great crew. They actually did a full replacement down to the wood and were done by 2pm. They also cleaned up well. Price was very competitive with other quotes. Tristin is easy to deal with and is above board.

  I met one of the owners and was impressed by the way he came across. His crew showed up at 7:30 and had the roof replaced by 4:00. I am so thrilled with my new roof that I highly recommend G&C Restoration LLC. Also the owners are very reasonable with they're prices. I give the whole company a 5 star rating.
