  They did not show up for my appointment today. I called today about 30min before the appointment to confirm. A dispatcher told me they would contact me back, I am assuming that's not going to happen. Unfortunately I left work early to be here for a company that didn't care to call to say there were not coming or even show up. I do not recommend you use these FSR, they do not seem to need the business or even care enough about service.

  Tyler we have tried to reach out to you, but you haven't replied. Since you're not an actual customer of ours we believe your a competitor of ours just trying to give a great company a bad review. Our crews would NEVER do that. Even though your just trying to tarnish a great companies reputation for no reason, we wish you well.

  We hired FSR Services right after the hail storms of 2016 to replace our roof and gutters after the insurance company determined they needed to be replaced. Nick Loar was the salesman who signed the the contract with us on May 23, 2016. …

  Jimmy I'm sorry for your frustration. Your salesperson that you dealt with, no longer works with us, so there was a delay in getting back to you. I did speak with you and we rectified your leak in April. I had the gutter company come correct your gutter complaint of it not draining properly. The main issue is it was full of leaves and clogged up. The installer cleaned out your gutters for you and re-pitched you gutter. We always aim to please and do the job correctly. If you have any issues in the future, please call the office directly and we will address all your concerns in a timely manner. Have a blessed day.

  I’ve been needing to get my roof done for awhile and thankfully I found FSR services. Anthony was the rep I dealt with and he was very informative, helpful, professional and friendly. Overall it was a great service at a reasonable price. Will recommend to everyone!

  We just had our roof replaced by this company, and we are extremely satisfied! The workers were efficient and we used the shingles they had recommended which came out beautifully! They finished the job in just one day!

  Gerald was great, but super busy. I had to pay $1,100 out of pocket to get inspection done. Insurance did not pay that. Do not like the color of roof tiles selected. Looks cheap:green and black, in comparison to other houses in Kings River. Unfortunately I asked Gerald to pick the colors bc I and my husband did not have time.

  We had a great experience with FSR Services. The work on our roof was excellent, and the entire team was professional and dependable. Our insurance company made the process incredibly difficult, but FSR stepped in and handled the back-and-forth, which we really appreciated. The final result looks great, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!
