Freeze Maxwell did the flat roof on our acreage dream home. It leaked from Day 1; the damage to the interior of the home was extensive. We've been told by other roofers that the scuppers were installed wrong. I would never use this company again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

"Working with Freeze Maxwell Roofing has been an absolute pleasure. They’ve taken care of the roofs on our Cathedral and all the surrounding buildings, and their level of service is truly second to none. From the very start, they’ve been professional, reliable, and clearly experts at what they do. What really sets them apart is how they stand behind their work—they warranty everything and respond quickly whenever we need them. It’s rare to find a company that cares as much about ongoing maintenance and peace of mind as they do about the initial installation. We highly recommend Freeze Maxwell Roofing to anyone looking for top-tier roofing support, especially for complex or historic properties."

This was an amazingly well job done. I work for a commercial property and called John for a roof leak in a restaurant. I needed help and John was most co operative and got a service tech out in record time(in my opinion as the rain was prolific). Miki was the techs name and I would like to say he was above and beyond in service. It was still raining when he went on the roof and found the leak and repaired it quickly. The Restaurant opened the area up for customers, and were very grateful as there was a line up at the door! Then he took the time and found multiple other things that also could be problems in the future. eg. Some flashing had failed, fixed. Another contractor had been up there a couple days before, and around their job area was 6 possible cuts in the roofing, patched. And a couple of other problems that he found and quickly fixed. Miki called me when the job was done and he was very professional and very nice on the phone. I cannot be happier with the quality of service offered and you will be happy when you call for service. I just found out they do residential as well.

Chris and Eddie came out to our commercial building a couple of months ago. It's 26,000 sq ft and had no less than a dozen leaks. We've had 5" of rain so far in July and there are no leaks. Very happy with the results

We used Freeze Maxwell to install a shed roof to our new home about 6 years ago. Over the past few years we noticed water entering the home. Freeze Maxwell was highly responsive in identifying and conducting water tests to analyse the issue. They did this work under their warranty and we were very impressed by their response time, their problem solving, and their professionalism. After significant time and effort they identified the issue as a window problem rather than a roof problem. I highly recommend Freeze Maxwell Roofing and thank Chris for helping us solve this water leak.

John Josar, Chris and Vladyslav, from Freeze Maxwell Roofing, are so very helpful. Chris and Vladyslav showed up earlier then expected, to check where the leak was coming from. Chris realized it was not from the roof. Chris took the time to illuminate to me, that we are are on the first floor in a four story building, that the water would be dirty water because the building roof is tar and asphalt. Chris assisted me taking down the drywall ceiling, and to locate the pipe leak; while we were both getting drenched from the water on both of us, and support me to stop the pin hole leak. Chris and Vladyslav assisted in the clean up of the mess in the tenants suite. Chris also offered a plumbing company that Freeze Maxwell works along side if I do not have one. There were potential leaks on the roof, however, Chris and Vladyslav are more then qualified and certified to handle the patch work. Punctuality, Service and Workmanship is distinguished with John Josar, and Chris and Vladyslav. As a building manager of a 20 suite building, I am very impressed of the Competency level of their trade as Roofers! Would highly recommend Freeze Maxwell Roofing to anyone!

They have proven to be a professional and honest contracting service provider.
