Never had a harder time getting a quote for roof replacement. Met with them, promised quote next day. After a week, followed up with office, promised quote next day. Still nothing. Salesman called me himself after that and promised quote next day. Still nothing. If you don't want to do a job, just say so upfront.

Freeman Exteriors did a wonderful job on my roof. It was a big project due to damage. Their estimate was thorough, clear and accurate. Communication was fantastic throughout. My retired father used to work in construction and he thought they were top notch.

I had a wall / roof leak and called Freeman on a whim. Chance came out and did a thorough inspection and talked me through what he believed the issues to be. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I was impressed with the attention to detail.

Between my home and my 80+ year old mother's home, I have had contact with Brett for 3 roof replacements, including a storm damage situation. Brett and his coworkers have always been just a phone call away. His patience with questions and honest explanations have been much appreciated. Costs have always been in line with industry averages. Freeman is a "go-to" company for my roofing needs.
