Awful experience! Roof started to leak after underpayment placed. I had to fire them. Mr. Melcher said he would pay to paint my ceilings and haven’t received a penny. Also kept deposit.

This Review has been Fact Checked: Ms Kovacs signed a contract and paid a deposit. After completely removing her existing roof and installing new dry-in materials, AND ordering and paying for her new tile, she wants to cancel. After we spoke, she changed her mind, then, changed it again, stating maybe she now wants a shingle roof. All the while she received full money from her insurance company for a new tile roof. She then cancels her contract with me for a new tile roof and has another roofer install a shingle roof. Now I have 5000 sq.ft. of her tile sitting at my office/ yard that I paid for! Even though she gave me a deposit, I am about $17K in the hole.

Fortress Roofing is truly such an honest, hardworking, and efficient company. We had them replace our roof of our new house we just bought and we are so glad we chose them. Robert and Mike are INCREDIBLE with communication, quickness, and answering the many questions I had. We recommend this company to anyone!!

Mike and the crew did an incredible job. The follow up and setup was so seamless. Would recommend 100/100. This company has great communication where others did not even follow up on my question. I suggest you need anything this company is for sure the best to go through.
