A family member used Fortified Roofing and had a good experience, so I gave them a call when I noticed water spots on my ceiling. They were responsive, respectful, and the price was fair. No hassle at all.

I was nervous about the cost, but they broke everything down and even offered payment options that worked for me. I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed, which made the whole thing much easier than I expected.

Your 30-year warranty might be void. Most homeowners obsess over the shingle warranty when picking materials. But that warranty comes with fine print: strict installation requirements, including ice and water shield at eaves, valleys, and other vulnerable spots. Skip the membrane, and the manufacturer's warranty is void. Doesn't matter if the shingles themselves are perfect. Improper installation kills your coverage completely. So, if you ever file a claim for premature shingle failure and there's no membrane where it's required? Claim denied. Every time. Here's how you protect yourself: verify your contractor is licensed, insured, and manufacturer-certified. Ask for proof. Then ask for photos of the membrane before the shingles go on. Any contractor worth hiring will have those photos ready. 📸 Share this with anyone about to hire a roofer. #RoofingWarranty #HireRightContractor #NewJerseyHomeowners #RoofingTips #ProtectYourRoof1 day agoLearn more
