  we had an excellent experience with our metal roof replacement on georges ave rahway. austin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with from the first inspection through the final walkthrough. he answered all of our questions with patience, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and made the whole project feel smooth and stress-free. the installation crew was outstanding. they arrived on time, worked hard each day, and kept us updated if anything in the schedule changed. everyone was friendly, respectful, and clearly skilled in roofing work. they paid close attention to detail, protected the property, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day so no nails or debris were left behind. we also had a solar tube added in the bathroom, and the work was done neatly with great care. the area was left in excellent condition, and the new roof and added feature both look great. it was one of the easiest home improvement projects we have had, and we now have real peace of mind knowing our metal roofing system is built to last. we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing service, roof replacement, or metal roof installation.

  After Rivera & Sons Roofers fixed roof leaks for me, including repairs to my barrel tile roof and the attic area below, i knew i could count on them for any roofing work in the future. After meeting cesar in person, i felt confident they were reliable, fair in pricing, and very professional. That feeling turned out to be right. They repaired the cracked and loose tiles, replaced damaged wood in the attic, and even took clear photos of the roof work so I could see everything that was done. The crew explained the repair process in simple terms, kept the job area neat, and made sure the roof was sealed up properly for New Jersey weather. Later, when I got an urgent insurance notice saying some broken roof tiles had to be repaired quickly, they came through again. We were on a tight deadline, and after I called, Austin and the crew were at my house on Georges Ave Rahway within just a couple of days with the matching tiles, tools, and camera ready to go. They completed the repairs fast, documented everything with photos, and gave me the proof I needed for the insurance company. From the first phone call to the final roof repair, the whole process moved quickly and smoothly. The repaired section looked like new again, and the price was very reasonable. Everyone was helpful, easy to reach by phone, and clearly knew their roofing trade.   This was the most helpful roofing supplier i have worked with. Rivera & Sons Roofers had better pricing on shingles and commercial roofing materials than the other places i checked, and it was clear the service can vary from one team to another. i first worked with a sales rep named austin, and after he moved into commercial work, the store helped connect me with the right person for my roofing project. Every time i had a question about the commercial order, the staff stayed patient, explained the options clearly, and helped me keep the job moving. I was especially impressed that the store stepped in quickly, found me a new sales rep, and made sure my large commercial roofing order was handled the right way. That kind of customer service matters when you are dealing with shingles, square counts, scheduling, and material delivery for a big roof job. The team was helpful, solution focused, and easy to work with from start to finish. If it had only been one rep, i might have looked elsewhere, but the support from the store showed they care about keeping customers and solving problems. Because of that, i will keep bringing my roofing business back. This store really takes care of contractors and makes sure the next big job is in good hands.

  Austin, Cesar, and Austin were excellent. After roofing signs started showing up all over Georges Ave Rahway following a storm, I reached out for a honest roof inspection and opinion. They found storm damage on my roof and helped guide me through the whole process. Within a short time, I had a new roof and new gutters installed, and they also pointed out related exterior damage that helped me recover extra money for a damaged storm door, AC unit, and deck staining that I did not expect. They did quality roofing work, kept communication clear, and really focused on customer care from start to finish. It was reassuring to have one of the team leads on site during the roofing job to make sure every part of the install was done the right way. That kind of hands-on service made the whole project smooth and stress free. I highly recommend them for roofing and gutter work if you want reliable service and honest help after storm damage.

Cesar came out quickly, worked us into a busy schedule, and inspected the roofing system right away. He found several spots that needed repair, explained everything in simple terms, and fixed the issue the same day. What really stood out was how professional, friendly, and easy to talk to he was throughout the whole visit. It was clear he knew roofing well, from tracking the leak source to handling the needed repairs efficiently. We appreciated the fast response, the honest communication, and the great workmanship.   A few years back, I had my roof replaced in Rahway by this roofer, and recently noticed a leak caused by an old chimney problem. Cesar and the team came out quickly to check it out and took care of everything. After all the heavy rain we just had, my roof stayed totally dry—problem solved. Their prices are fair, but what really stands out is how they stand by their work, no matter how much time has passed. It’s not easy to find reliable roofing contractors in Rahway who do quality work and treat you right, but this crew really does. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my roof or chimney repairs. Highly recommend!
