Update: my roof is still in great shape with no damage. The roofing crew arrived right on time early in the morning and started work right away on my hail-damaged roof in Carteret. Billy and Miguel were amazing. They removed the old shingles fast, replaced the cheap plastic roof vents with proper ridge vents, and installed durable 35-year shingles that matched my existing roof color very well, which helped keep everything looking right for the neighborhood. The whole roofing job was handled with real skill and care. They protected the property, worked efficiently, and paid attention to the details from tear-off to final cleanup. By the time they finished in the afternoon, the only thing they left behind was a great-looking new roof. No trash, no nails, and even the gutters were spotless. I’m very happy with the roof replacement and the overall service.

my father in law is 84 years old and lives right next door to me, so i wanted to handle the search for a roofer for his 1700 square foot single story home. we met with several roofing contractors and talked to many more. some gave over the top prices, and others spent too much time on sales talk when all we wanted was a simple asphalt shingle roof done the right way. then we met billy. he showed up on time, was polite, humble, and clear about the roofing process. after a short and direct meeting, my father in law and i both felt this was the right roofing company for the job. we checked references, licensing, and paperwork, and everything looked solid. once we moved forward, the whole roof replacement process was organized and smooth. they set the schedule, handled the permit, lined up inspections, and ordered the roofing materials. they only asked for a reasonable deposit and did not request more money until the work was fully completed. they stayed on schedule, kept us updated, and explained each next step so we always knew what was happening. when the old roof was torn off, they found a lot of damaged plywood underneath. the roofing crew was ready for it and had plenty of workers on site to keep the job moving. they arrived early each day and worked hard until late, making steady progress on all the decking, rafter tail, and fascia board repairs. all repair pricing had already been clearly listed in the contract, which made everything much easier and more transparent. miguel and billy were involved throughout the project, and i was impressed by how well the whole operation was run. the job site was very clean for a full tear off and reroof, and the crew showed real care for the property. every part of the roof install felt professional, from the shingle work to the wood replacement and final cleanup. there was one small mix up near the end when i noticed a standard ridge cap had been installed instead of the ventilated ridge cap we had chosen. i mentioned it, and

quality really matters with roofing, and we could not have made a better choice. we found out our roof had a leak that was letting water into our home and causing damage, so we reached out to a few roofing contractors. miguel stood out right away because he was honest from the start, fair with pricing, and very clear about the right roofing process to make our home safe and comfortable again. the crew responded quickly, inspected the roof carefully, explained the repair work in simple terms, and handled every detail with care. they paid close attention to the shingles, flashing, and leak areas, and the workmanship gave us real peace of mind. everything was completed in a professional way, and now we do not have to worry about that roofing problem anymore. we are very thankful for the fast response, solid roof repair, and great service provided to our family in carteret.

i knew i had to replace my roof after finding a leak, and i had already been putting the roofing work off since moving in. After talking with a few roofers, i chose this crew because the conversations felt easy and honest, and Miguel was friendly while offering a very fair price for the roof replacement. That made it simple to move forward. The whole roofing job went smoothly from the inspection to the final cleanup. The team explained each step, kept me updated on the progress, and made sure i understood the materials, timeline, and what to expect during the install. They showed strong workmanship, good customer care, and real skill with residential roofing. The new roof looks great, gives me peace of mind during heavy rain and summer heat in Carteret, and i am very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this roofer to anyone needing reliable roofing service.

We had our roof replaced and had a very good experience from start to finish. The materials showed up earlier than we expected, which surprised us at first, but it was handled well and ended up not being a problem. Miguel was very helpful and answered all of my questions during the whole roofing process. It also meant a lot that someone always picked up the phone when we called. Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction gave us a more affordable quote than the other estimates we received, and the quality of service really stood out. Billy was great as well. He kept us informed, answered our questions, and gave us updates when the installation schedule shifted a little. The roofing crew finished the job in one day, and the cleanup was excellent. Our property looked neat when they were done, and the new roof looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or roofing work.

We’re very glad we chose to have our home roof replaced. From the start, the whole roofing process went smoothly. It began with an appointment with Miguel, who took time to inspect the roof carefully, explain what was needed, and help us choose a shingle color that looked right for our house. He was friendly, patient, and answered all of our questions in a simple and clear way. Once we decided to move forward, the office team kept us updated through each step and made scheduling easy. The tear-off crew arrived on time, protected our planter boxes and landscaping, and worked hard all day. They did a great job with cleanup before leaving, which really showed good coordination and care for our property. The next morning, the materials for the roof deck and sheathing arrived, and the crew got right to work replacing damaged sections and making sure the roof structure was solid. Later, the shingle delivery was placed on the roof, and the installation moved along quickly and professionally. By the end of the job, we had a great-looking new roof that completely changed the look of our home. The roofing crew was polite, hardworking, and careful to check with us about anything that needed to be replaced or any details we might want handled differently. We also appreciated the follow-up calls from the office, which helped us feel informed during the project. Billy even stopped by to check on the progress and make sure we were happy with the work. It’s clear this roofing team stands behind their workmanship and truly cares about customer satisfaction.

We needed a new roof for our home in Carteret, and since it is a major investment, we took time to research roofing contractors before setting up the project. After comparing pricing, shingle and material options, workmanship, and overall efficiency, Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction clearly gave the best value for the money. Billy and the crew did an excellent job from start to finish. What really stood out to me was their use of stainless flashing and fasteners, which is especially important in a coastal area where moisture and salt air can affect roofing materials over time. That extra attention to the right roofing details gave us a lot of confidence in the durability of the roof. Having worked in the trades myself for many years, I know how to judge a contractor by the way the crew works, how clean the jobsite stays, and the quality of the finished roof. The team ran an organized job, worked efficiently, and delivered strong workmanship at a fair price. If you want a dependable roofer that offers quality roofing work without overcharging, this crew is a great choice.

We had been through a roof replacement before and were not looking forward to doing it again. When I first met Miguel from Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction, I felt hopeful but still a little cautious, wondering if the whole roofing job would really go as smoothly as explained. I was happily surprised the entire process was handled with care from start to finish. Miguel kept us updated through every phase, worked directly with the insurance company, answered all of my many questions, and stayed available whenever we needed help. He made sure the roof installation, gutters, and chimney cap were completed the right way and checked the details to make sure everything met high standards. The finished roof system looks great, the workmanship was solid, and the whole project felt organized and stress free. We are very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them for roofing and exterior work. We still have one final step with insurance, and I feel confident because it is being taken care of.
