A neighbor referred us, and we got in touch with Clayton. From the first conversation, he was easy to talk to and understood the problems we were having with the insurance side of the project. He came out to Georges Ave Avenel, inspected the roof carefully, and explained the condition of the shingles, the damaged areas, and what would likely be needed for a full roof replacement. He also connected us with William, who was extremely helpful with the claim details. William handled the insurance process from start to finish and worked directly with the adjuster to make sure everything was documented properly. That support made a huge difference for us.   The roofing crew arrived in the afternoon and got an early start on tearing off two layers of old shingles and replacing damaged plywood decking underneath. They completed about one quarter of the roof that same day. The next morning, oliver and the team came back bright and early and finished the full roof installation by that afternoon. They did a very thorough cleanup, and i could not find even one nail when they were done. They also removed older attic vents that were not providing enough airflow and installed a ridge vent system that works much better for proper roof ventilation. We already notice a real difference during warm late afternoons, when the house used to hold too much heat and make the AC run almost nonstop. now the system cycles more normally, which should help with energy use. The new roof looks excellent and really improved the curb appeal of the home. The shingle color was a great fit, the materials feel durable, and the hail-resistant shingles even helped with a homeowners insurance discount. william explained the roofing process clearly, jace made sure the work moved along smoothly, and i was impressed with how organized everything was from start to finish.
