  We couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding work this roofing company did on our 18-unit complex. Nic was thorough with the bidding process and the cost was within HOA budget. From start to finish, their team was professional and organized and committed to exceptional customer service – they communicated clearly, kept us informed throughout the project. Nate (Nathan) was my project manager along with George and they did a great job with their crew in the day-to-day completion of the project. Flow roofing has a team in-office that is top-notch! The permitting process went very quickly with their coordination with City of L.O. Let’s talk about clean-up, AMAZING! I love it when crews clean up their work at end of every day! They did just that and more….I’m impressed with how the Owner (Verrill) of the company dropped by throughout the project; we had many aerial videos/pics during the project and they also submitted them to us at the end of the project. Safety meetings were held and precautions were taken as well; this crew was on top of it! They have developed a TEAM with trust and value, that is what it takes to be successful! They completed the project in less than half the time (8.5 days). I would say that the homeowners are very, very pleased.. I absolutely recommend them for any roofing or gutter work in the future! Take Care all!!! It was a pleasure working with you.

  I highly recommend you contact Flow Roofing. I interviewed many companies and Flow Roofing is impressively different. Not only was there pricing better than the others, the company knows the science behind installing a brand new roof and correct ventilation. Verrill has created a company with integrity and excellent customer service.

  Flow Roofing has received an exceptional 10/10 rating from me, which is uncommon for a project of this nature. Throughout the entire process, they have demonstrated ​outstanding professionalism. From the sales team, Jesse was particularly commendable for not over-selling and only recommending a necessary scope. The office team, consisting of Cierra and Dillon, provided timely and effective communication. The field team was conscientious and competent. I would like to express my special commendation for Rodrigo, who served as a quiet yet effective leader for the roofing crew. His ​problem solving ability is truly impressive. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge his conscientious second-in-command. While no one was observing at the end of the project, when everyone had already packed up to leave, this young man noticed an imperfection in one corner of the roof and decided to make a do-over. Had it not been redone, I would not have noticed it until years later when it began to leak. Jose, who worked on the gutter project afterwards was competent and very accommodating. Although I rarely write reviews for contractors, this level of workmanship makes it compelling to take the time to showcase the standard that Flow Roofing sets.

  Though our first time working together had some bumps in communication, they did their best to meet our expectations.
