If you like nails, screws, and sharp scrap metal scattered throughout your grass these are the right guys for the job. They do not use a magnet to pick these things up, they use a leaf blower to blow debris off the pavement and INTO your grass. Kids, pets, and elderly are likely to be injured if they haven’t been already.

Since we do not know who you are, we are assuming you might live in the apartment complex where we are replacing the siding on the gables. A gentleman spoke to our on-site supervisor and gave a bag of rusty nails. If that is you, we are sorry that you feel we have, in some way, left the grounds unclean. We fully believe you are mistaken. The condo roofs were done three years ago by another company. We are told by the on-site manager and HOA president that the company never ran a magnet while replacing the roofs. Thus, the rusty nails are older than the new nails we use today. We have also been cleaning up the mess caused by their negligence during the condo roof replacements. The property management company and the HOA have all commented on our extreme care for the property, grounds, sidewalks, cars, and parking lot. When performing projects in condominiums, we always ensure the safety and property of tenants and owners. And work closely with on-site managers to ensure this. We have been receiving nothing but praise for our employees and the quality of our work. Owner of Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc

I also live in an apartment complex where this contractor was installing a new roof. The old steel roof had been having small, intermittent leaks a couple times over the years. Since this company has installed their brand new roof, many of …

We are sorry you have received a leak at one of the apartment units. However these apartments which has major roof issues before we came has had leaks for over 7 years due to the roofs needing replaced for the last 10 years. There are two roofs on top of each other. A flat roof which is over 30 years and a metal cover roof which was installed 20 years ago. The metal and flat roof both are leaking including the walkways which is allowing water under the flat roof. As is visible in picture posts. The weather has hindered us from waterproofing any quicker than we have. Management nor the contractor did not know what to expect to find underneath once the metal roof was removed off the flat roof. We are doing our level best under the conditions to stop the years of leaks and any new ones from removing metal covers. Which was major issues that takes time to rectify. Again we are sorry for the leaks you have had to endure. Any complaints should be with management which should have addressed these issues years ago. Not with us who are doing are best to resolve years of neglect. Contractor

If I could do one star I would. We have lived in our apartment complex for a year and a half and have never had issues with the roof. This company started working on the buildings a few months ago. We now have leaking whenever it rains. This is not ok and we are so unhappy with how this experience has been

My wife and I are totally satisfied with Florida, Roofing and Renovations Inc.’s superb job they did in replacing our roof a few years back! They added a beautiful skylight that has been exceptional in bringing additional light to our living room. We love the selection of shingles which are still like new. We highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs as they are a company you can thoroughly trust to be professional, honest, and deliver you complete satisfaction!

Thank you, Heather, for your 5-star review. This product transforms outside porch drywall ceilings from deteriorating popcorn ceilings to a beautiful, clean look. It will also look that way for years. We have them all over the Spacecoast of Florida for over 10 years, and they still look like the day we installed the vinyl ceiling. Thank you and Joel for trusting us with replacing your porch ceiling. Michael

Mike and his employees were fantastic! Everything was done as they said it would be, and done on time. They even fixed problems that the roofers who put the previous roof on had screwed up - like building over our dryer vent. It’s so good …

We recently had our lanai ceiling repaired including the removal of cracked and spalling concrete. The repairs included the addition of new rebar and a poured concrete and stucco application. Rich and his crew were very professional in performing these repairs. I would highly recommend them for performing any concrete repairs to anyone requiring this type of work.

Thank you, Bill, for your kind words. Your porch like many in Florida can have the issue of spalling. Where the moisture or salt air penitrates the concrete and swells the rebar resulting in the rebar popping off the concrete. We have been doing these type repiars for years and have become quite good at it. Thanks again for choosing us. Michael

Highly recommend this company. They were very professional and finished everything quickly. I had two small windows closed and they did the outside and inside. It looks fantastic. It's like the windows were never there. I am very grateful they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Will use this company again. (Also great customer service)

Thank you so much, Doris, for your kind review. It was a pleasure working on your project. I am so glad we looked behind the stucco together and discovered how much rotten damage was silently deteriorating your porch. It could have resulted in serious injury to you or a relative if it had collapsed. Additionally, there are many wonderful people in Brevard County for whom we have worked over the years. You were and continue to be an exceptional client. Thank you again for trusting us with your project. Michael
