Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor! They removed my old skylight and then scraped the old roof material into the skylight, all over my living room and entertainment center. They removed and destroyed my gutters …

We are sorry to see this review after so many years, Paul. After our crew had visited to address the issue, we didn't hear from you, and we assumed that you were satisfied with the solution provided as we also offered a discount on the roof replacement service. However, if you still have any lingering concerns or issues, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We will be more than happy to help you out.

Finding a company you can truly trust these days can be difficult, which is why I felt compelled to share my experience with Florida Roof. From the very beginning, Kevin Smith treated me with honesty, respect, and genuine care. Replacing a roof is a major investment, and Kevin made the entire process feel stress-free by making sure everything was done right. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and the level of customer service was truly exceptional. It’s rare to find a business owner like Kevin who takes such personal pride in his work and stands behind every aspect of the job. In a time when so many companies seem focused on cutting corners and doing the bare minimum, Florida Roof is a refreshing exception. I am truly grateful for Kevin’s professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence. If you’re looking for a roofing company that genuinely cares about its customers and delivers outstanding results, I wholeheartedly recommend Florida Roof. Kevin Smith and Florida Roof are the kind of company that’s becoming harder and harder to find, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

These guys are awesome! They installed a new roof in 2019. They were hard working, quick but efficient, and the price was the best in this area. But I had a home inspection for insurance find that a rafter slipped (none fault of theirs) and needed to be repaired. I searched for their number, the owner, Kevin, came out a distance and fixed it himself. He completed the job quickly. Very nice man. Great company!

We’ll be sure to pass the compliment along to Kevin, too! It means a lot to hear feedback like this from awesome customers like you. 😊🏡

florida roof replaced our roof that was way overdue and leaking. it needed a ton of work and wood replacement. we have vaulted ceilings with exposed decking so it was important that it be done right to preserve the original design. they worked so incredibly hard and did everything the way it is supposed to be done, no cutting corners. they worked way past dark to ensure it was dried in before rain that was coming overnight. the workers never stopped and were professional in any interactions. the owner is experienced and knowledgable and reassured us of all of our concerns. the pricing is extremely fair, we paid out of pocket and the value and quality of work is indisputable. i highly recommend them.
