We were hired for an emergency commercial roof repair for a TPO and coping cap repair that FCRC was unable to fix after multiple attempts according to Top Golf (customer) After completing the job and fixing it the first time. They decided to not pay the invoice and just ignore our repeated attempts to contact. Very poor way to run a business specially after we were the ones that solved their problem that they couldn’t fix. Job was completed September 2023 and to this day haven’t been paid. We were onsite twice for this repair (not including the day we voluntarily went out at no charge to assess the repair) ** The repair itself. ** Then again to check out another separate leaks (we also didn’t charge for this) We repaired 4 patches of TPO.
Installed coping on second/ third story edge.

We hired them for roof repairs to a facility we own in Dade County. There was a single point of contact throughout, and quotes were provided timely for our evaluation. When the work was scheduled they were on time and performed to the satisfaction of our tenant. Overall a great experience and we look forward to working with them in the future.
