a neighbor suggested this roofing company to us, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair. after a hard rain, we noticed water leaking through the ceiling in our master bathroom. it seemed to be coming from around one of the plumbing vent areas that goes through the roof. i called, and they got back to me within the hour. about ninety minutes later, a roofer was already up on the roof checking everything. he found the issue, gave me a fair quote that i approved, and fixed the leak quickly. what stood out even more was how helpful and professional the service was. when i asked about repairing the drywall affected by the roof leak, he texted me a contact for that work. he also suggested picking up a moisture detector so i could keep an eye on the area after the next big texas rain and see if there was any hidden moisture left in the ceiling. that was a smart, practical tip that could help avoid extra repair costs and a bigger mess later. overall, the whole experience was fast, honest, and very helpful. i will definitely call them again for any future roofing needs.

It's rare to find a roofing contractor that gives this level of service. From the first meeting, it was clear how carefully the damage was inspected, documented, and handled with the insurance company. I was stressed about my claim at first, but after the roof assessment and supplemental review, I felt confident that the storm damage to my home would be properly covered by insurance. The work went far beyond just a roof replacement. The inspection included detailed photos and clear documentation showing damage to the gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, windows, chimney caps, fence, pool area, and AC equipment. They also made sure the roof ventilation met code requirements in Cypress, which helped get those needed upgrades covered through the insurance process. That included adding proper soffit vents and solar attic fans to improve attic airflow and help protect the home from Texas heat. They also caught and fixed smaller issues like worn fascia boards and other roofing-related repairs that could have become bigger problems later. The office support was just as strong, with paperwork, depreciation documents, and insurance filing handled in a professional and organized way. If you have roof damage from a hailstorm or severe weather, this roofing team will take great care of you and make the whole process much easier.

I recently had roofing-related work done by Florentino Family Roofing & Remodeling at my home in Cypress, and it was a great experience from start to finish. They installed a new skylight and remodeled the bathroom window area, and the whole project was handled with real skill and care. The operations manager stayed involved through the entire job, was polite, professional, and easy to work with. The crew was top notch and delivered quality workmanship with attention to detail. With many years of experience in manufacturing and installation work myself, I can honestly say the service was dependable, professional, and well done. They kept the work area organized, communicated clearly, and made the process smooth. I highly recommend them for roofing and related home improvement work.

They have helped me with my roof for quite a while, and I have only good things to say. At first, they came out to give my older roof a tune-up and explained that it still had some life left before a full reroof would likely be needed. …

It’s thursday, and with heavy rain in the forecast this weekend, we were worried about the new plywood roof over our patio getting damaged in the TX heat and moisture. i reached out to Florentino Family Roofing & Remodeling about protecting the wood before the weather moved in, and they showed up the next morning and installed GAF waterproof sheathing right away. That quick roofing work gave us real peace of mind and kept the project on track. They are also scheduled to install the shingles once the rest of our patio project is finished. Later, after we completed the screening, we had them return to finish the job. i honestly dare anyone to find the seam between the original roof and the new section. The match looks excellent, and the workmanship is outstanding. The crew was friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional throughout the whole process. They cleaned up so well there was no sign they had even been here. love the finished result and would gladly recommend them for patio roofing, roof tie-ins, and detail work.

amazing service from start to finish. they arrived on time and finished my roof in under 6 hours. the crew worked hard to stay ahead of the rain, and they had enough roofers on site to keep the job moving safely and quickly. i also asked the foreman to reattach a loose gutter and remove old dish brackets from the house, and he handled it with no problem. there was one small separate section near the gas fireplace that was easy to miss from the second story, but it was taken care of right away. the team came back promptly and finished that area without any hassle. the office staff was very helpful and polite. i never felt brushed off when i asked questions, and the whole roofing process was explained in a clear and friendly way. i would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in Cypress needing roof replacement, roof repair, gutter work, or general roofing service. they really went the extra mile to make sure everything looked right and was done to my liking. great communication, solid workmanship, and a very smooth experience overall.

This roofing crew installed the roof on my home many years ago, and the workmanship was excellent from the start. Over time, the roof held up very well through strong wind, heavy rain, heat, and hail without any issues. When it was time for a reroof, they did another outstanding job. They took time to explain the roofing options, shingle choices, and their recommendations in clear, simple terms, which made the whole process easy to understand. I felt confident choosing a higher-quality shingle product because they were honest and knowledgeable. Their communication was strong throughout the project, and they kept me updated each day on the progress. They also added a newer roof vent system to help with airflow and overall roof performance. Even though a roof tear-off can be messy, the crew cleaned up carefully at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. Everyone on the job was polite, respectful, and easy to work with from start to finish. As part of the project, they also installed a new skylight in a dark room, and it made a huge difference by bringing in much more natural light. The finished roof looks great, the materials seem top quality, and the whole job was handled with real care and professionalism. If you want dependable roofing work, quality installation, and a roof built to last for years, I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Honestly, i can’t say enough good things about this roofing company. The whole experience, from the roof inspection to the final install of our new roof, was smooth, professional, and easy from start to finish. Our project manager and the team were very helpful, courteous, and professional the entire time. They explained the roofing process clearly and everything was completed very quickly and on schedule. Each roofing crew was impressive in how well they worked together and how efficiently they handled every part of the job, from tearing off the old roof and preparing the flashing and underlayment, to staging the new concrete roof tiles, to completing the tile roof installation and final detail work. It was clear they had real experience with roofing and kept the project organized every step of the way. the crews worked like clockwork, and the quality of the workmanship really stood out. The gutter installation was also done very well and matched the new roof nicely. Everyone arrived when promised, communicated well, and delivered excellent results. With the texas heat and strong storms, it gives us real peace of mind to have a durable new roof system installed by such a dependable team. very impressive overall, and we are extremely happy with the finished roof.
