Consumers beware. I got a quote from this company earlier this year and what I found was alarming. They have been operating for nearly 2 years without being registered in Ontario at all. Don’t take their claims at face value. Do your own due diligence — here is the official Ontario Business Registry record confirming the facts: ( Search their exact name on Ontario Business Registry). Even more concerning, their Google reviews dropped from 270+ down to just a handful — a suspicious move that raises serious questions about credibility and transparency. (I have documented this and will be reported to google business profile). Because of these issues, I reported the business and its parent company to Consumer Protection Ontario and the CRA for investigation.

Called to replace a flat roof skylight that had given us too many problems. They were straightforward about the cost, came out on schedule and completed the replacement in about six hours. The new skylight is clean, well sealed and the installation quality is clearly better than what was there before

Had a flat roof skylight repair done after another roofing contractor's patch job failed. They were upfront about what had gone wrong with the previous repair and what the proper fix would be. Got it done right this time and the skylight has been leak free for eight months now

My skylight was leaking around the frame on my flat roof and I wasn't sure how serious it was. Came out, assessed it properly and told me it was a flashing issue that could be properly repaired. They did the repair cleanly and for a fair price. Been dry since and it's now been through a full winter, FRT delivered
