Worst customer service ever!!! If you enjoy finding negligent work was completed and having to call and email for weeks for repair then take your chances. No shows, no apologies, no empathy for poor workmanship. I'd give a negative star if it was available.

New home warranty subcontracted our roof repairs to be done. Things seemed to be great until near the end of the contract. Homes Canada was in charge of the project. We have a 3 year old son who was at the house numerous times with our nanny while work was being done on our roof. Near the end of the project one of Flat Roofing’s employees at 630 am left a note on my doorstep saying he said things to my son while he was working that he could not get over and that he felt extremely terrible for. The individual covered his face while dropping the note off. This incident put our family at risk and we felt extremely unsafe at our own home. We involved the Calgary police and charges were laid on this individual. Homes Canada and flat roofing completely blew us off saying this wasn’t one of their employees. Which after the police interviewed the individual it was concerned he worked for Flat Roofing. I don’t usually leave reviews but since the incident our house has been left in mid construction stage and nothing has happened since. I feel everyone that works hard for their home should feel confident that the work will be completed and done without having your family put at risk.

We had Flat roofing do our torch on membrane roof to our home 5 years ago. I have had no problems or issues with it. I was happy with Tom and his crew from the beginning to the end and still happy. I highly recommend them. (I’m currently recommending them to a friend).

I used this company for a damage roof on a building. They were amazing! Respectful, fast, professional. I dealt with Tom, he was great. It happened right before the snow storm, which made them have to wait for a good day (only a few days). …

Tom and his guys are honest, professional, hard working, and get the job done right! They have repaired and replaced a few roofs in our neighbourhood and our neighbours have also been very impressed with the quality and care they received from Tom and his team of workers. We recommend them every step of the way!

Tom and the team at Flat Roofing did an excellent job with a torch down membrane on our back garage - they came highly recommended by several green roof companies, and now we understand why. Great team!
