We had a great experience working with Flat Roof LLC. Before we even committed to the project, we had an unexpected issue that required immediate attention, and their team was able to come out on very short notice to make an emergency repair. That level of responsiveness gave us confidence that we were choosing the right company. From the thorough initial inspection with Alex, to working with Erica and Tim on the estimates and project planning, and finally seeing the project through to completion with David, every member of the team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they kept us informed every step of the way. They completed repairs on our commercial building while working around the unique needs of our busy medical practice to minimize disruptions, help ensure the safety of our patients and staff, and the integrity of our equipment. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and left the job site clean when they were finished. The quality of the work and level of customer service exceeded our expectations. We appreciate their attention to detail and would gladly recommend Flat Roof LLC to anyone looking for a reliable commercial roofing contractor.

This company is great. We had them work on our 100 year old house which had a flat roof section that needed a long overdue rehab. They performed the work on time and on budget and we experienced clear communications throughout the job. We highly recommend Flat Roof LLC.

Flat Roof LLC is awesome! We had a leak in a complicated flat roof, patio, brick and mortar, etc. situation that they were able to assess and address the same day I called them, which was incredible. They are very friendly, professional, and ethical. I cannot recommend this company enough - five stars isn't enough!

I had a leak start on my low pitch roof the day before Thanksgiving and called numerous places to come take a look. Mark was instantly chill on the phone (even though it was 5pm the day before Thanksgiving) which lowered my stress level. …

Karin, thank you for taking the time to write this—truly. Roof leaks right before a holiday are stressful, so I’m glad that first call helped calm things down a bit and that David could swing by sooner than expected. We always try to be straight with people, show what we’re seeing, and explain why we’re doing what we’re doing, not just patch and disappear. Really appreciate the trust, and we’ll be happy to help with the membrane roof maintenance when you’re ready.

Late summer is the time to check a commercial roof—not after the fall rain exposes a problem. A roof assessment can identify visible concerns around seams, penetrations, drainage areas, flashing, and rooftop equipment before wetter Pacific Northwest weather arrives. For commercial property owners and facility teams, that may mean: · A clearer picture of current roof conditions · Repair, restoration, overlay, or replacement options · Documentation for maintenance planning · Fewer surprises when seasonal weather changes Flat Roof LLC specializes in commercial flat and low-slope roofing—not general residential roofing. We serve commercial properties across Portland, Vancouver, and the I-5 corridor from Salem toward Olympia. Request a commercial roof assessment while conditions are favorable for a thorough look.1 day agoBook
