  You guys came and fixed our neighbours roof, and while I’m sure the quality is great, you left trash in our tree and wrecked our garden border when you threw your tools in our garden.

  Maybe he is a good roofer but I don't know because he never showed up after texting "I can come out on Monday afternoon sometime."

  Poor job, had you check all work daily, get deficiencies dealt with daily, missing ice and water in areas, new plywood put on very poorly big gaps, cigarettes butted in attic, attitude from lead hand, numerous call backs.

  I had Fix My Roof provide a “roof repair” package, which was to fix the leaking I was having into my garage. I was given a quote which was approximately $600, tax included. They were very quick to follow up, and without inspecting to see where the water was coming in, told me with confidence that it had been repaired (about an hour’s work). I promptly paid the $600 that same day. Two weeks later, I had more water coming in in the same area. It was slightly more difficult to get someone in this time, but they came and applied another silicone patch in another area. This happened again 2 weeks later after some back and forth. I was told to follow up if I had any more issues. When my roof continued to leak in the same area after having more rain, I tried getting in touch with someone to help me out, to no avail. I’ve since been told by numerous roofers that I needed a new roof replacement, and no one should have attempted to do a patch repair from the beginnings. Numerous professionals assured me that even with further patching, it would still continue to leak. They wouldn’t take on the repair job. The guys at Fix My Roof should have identified this from the get go, or after the third time returning, had offered some kind of resolution. After calling and emailing numerous times, no one has responded over the course of many weeks. I’ve recently had to replace my entire roof, and it would have been nice to have been spared this $600 inconvenience, and the many weeks I was forced to delay my renovations.

  I contacted them through the website. Had to follow up several times for an appointment, was promised twice that there will be someone ..after that...nothing. Repeated calls and never heard back as to whether or not they wanted the job. Disappointed with the lack of communication. :-(

  Hi Chris, We're sorry that you felt the price was overly expensive though we are happy that you are satisfied with the quality of the work completed. We are competitively priced with other companies that are licensed, insured, and covered by WSIB. The amount you paid was actually $625+HST. You paid by email transfer and the bank automatically sends you a receipt of payment.   Hi Andrew, I'm sorry that you are so upset that we turned down the opportunity to do your project. Some roofs are so low slope that shingles should not be applied. Some companies will do the roof in shingles anyways, but we wont. The shingle manufacturer will not guarantee their product on a roof that should not be shingled. We honor our guarantees, and there is no way that we could guarantee that roof. It sounds like you have had several quotes, so I am sure you won't have a problem finding someone to do it, it just wont be us.   Contacted the company and they said they would arrange someone to come onsite to do an estimate and no one followed up. Emailed them 2 weeks later to find out what happened and received a reply that someone would get back to me that day... No one ever did. Not very good service in my books.

  Highly highly recommend fix my roof; they were recommended to me but even then I still got 2 other companies to come in for an assessment and quote just to be sure. First off , Shaun was so honest and open with me that it saved me at least $2,000. Next when they came, him and his team (2 people) were so professional and friendly. They worked hard, did a fantastic job/great clean up and Shaun followed up with me afterwards. I feel confident in my recommendation and that's rare nowadays.

  Great experience using fix my roof. They repaired a small leak that every other roofer we had out said we needed to replace the entire roof for. Reasonable price and happy to have used them. They fixed something that several other contractors could not.

  7 years ago, Shawn and his team at fix my roof did a fantastic job replacing our home's roof. All this time later, we had a small leak from our skylight. The skylight wasn't part of the new roof work. Shawn came very quickly to check it out. It turned out that a couple of main screws on the top of the skylight had somehow worked their way out. He tightened them, added some sealant and showed me some pics. I asked him what I owed him and he told me the roof was under warranty, it's all good. Really solid Shawn! We really appreciate it! We would highly recommend Fix My Roof to anyone. They do great work and do even better by backing that work after the fact.

  Service was great, the responses were very prompt and the roof repair was completed quickly and properly. Any concerns we brought up were immediately addressed. We will absolutely be using them for future repairs.

  Sean was fair and honest. Sean and the team kept everything clean each day they were here. They worked hard and did an amazing job. Our new roof looks great! Definitely recommend them if you need roofing work done.

  We had our roof replaced by fix my roof. Dealing with Sean was amazing. Communication -always responds in a timing manner. When they left, our house was left in perfect condition, nothing left behind. They did an amazing job on our roof, it looks great. I highly recommend fix my roof. Price was very reasonable.
