My neighbors house was roofed yesterday on Parker Rd in Somers Connecticut,A permit is required by the town, the contractor gets this permit,Fitzgerald Roofing is not licensed in Connecticut, however did the job and didn't explain a permit was needed, and a inspection is required in Somers, when you are doing the job,so if this person sells the house, they will have to install a new roof, with proper permits, and inspections

The workers are great. But, the guy that sold us us the job sucks. Fake promises I don’t recommend this company

This company talks a good game, had me fooled, Owner Mike bragging how many roofs he's done. Said he would be there 7am to set up the crew, he never showed, 6 young guys just pulled up and started demo, never rang my bell, none of them …

Mike was very professional and offered a reasonable price for roof installation. His crew were on time and completed work in an exceptionally timely manner. The workers left the yard completely cleaned up. The roof looks great, couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Fitzgerald Roofing is the "Absolute Gold Standard" for any roofing installation. Our house has many challenging rooflines, but their highly skilled crew handled the job seamlessly. The entire process was an example of a well-coordinated team effort, resulting in an amazing installation. From start to finish, the crew demonstrated total professionalism. Their cleanup was impeccable, leaving absolutely no debris behind. They took extra care to ensure there was no damage to our landscape or the house paint. A special thanks to Jason Ginty, co-owner of Fitzgerald, who was incredibly responsive and helpful during our initial inquiry. Jason stayed personally involved throughout the entire process, ensuring everything went perfectly. We highly recommend Fitzgerald Roofing for their outstanding workmanship and exceptional customer service! Debbie & Paul Bardwell

I called 4 other roofers first so you don't have to. Fitzgerald is hands down the roofing company everyone should be working with. Other companies will come to you with a giant marketing binder full of information that is just the stuff it takes to get a roof. Fitzgerald has a simple detailed page explaining exactly to the T what they will do. Other companies with big marketing on their trucks will ask for a bunch of money up front. Fitzgerald takes payment when the job is done. Other companies don't communicate well because the owner is out golfing or selling snake oil. Fitzgerald is present during the job! The owners are actually supervising what's going on! They cleaned up the job site as if nothing happened! Here's the other thing and maybe most important for working class folks like myself: they have the best price. If you want a no nonsense no BS roofer to fix your roof and you don't want to deal with snake oil salesmen or shady up front money requirements etc then use Fitzgerald. I almost want a tree to hit my roof just so I can work with these professionals again. Thank you. I wish other field service pros worked like this company does.
