I had Steve come out to give me an estimate to repair shingles on my roof. I gave the go ahead but he indicated that his calendar was already booked for the next week and a half but gave me his word that he would get it done within 2-weeks. I followed up late the 2nd week because I didn't hear from him, but got no response. I did repeated follow ups and finally he responded and said "yes, we will be there the next week" as his crew was busy on a big job up north. Again, his crew never showed up. After more voice messages with no reply from him, I finally gave up and went with a different roofing company. If he didn't want the job, then at least have the common courtesy as a professional to tell me that straight up instead of leading me on and then not responding.

Hired these guys to do my roof. I knew it wasn't going to be an easy one, but they did a great job, in exactly the time they quoted. Steve, Garrett and the guys were amazing, and when they were done, they didn't leave a trace. Thanks guys! So thankful.

I called First Choice Roofing today because a few shingles had come loose on my relatively new home—likely due to wind and natural settling. I spoke with Garrett, who was extremely helpful right from the start. I emailed him a few photos of the roof (taken from the ground), and he gave me a quote on the spot. To my surprise, he showed up within the hour. With thunderstorms in the forecast, I was genuinely worried about water getting in, so I can’t express how grateful I am for the fast response. Garrett took his time, explained the work he did, and made sure everything was sealed up properly. The level of care and professionalism was top-notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend First Choice Roofing—they truly live up to their name.

My uncles had recommended Vinny and his crew to us because they had worked together and were very impressed with his work. Vinny was amazing to work with, easy going and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have work done on their roof!
