Very excellent service. Mike, the Project Co-ordinator went above and beyond for us. He came up with great solutions for all of our roofing and drainage problems. He brought in really great chimney masons and an eavestrough specialist so that all our problems were addressed at one time. His team did excellent work and we are extremely pleased. Fine Lines is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

We are so happy with the results. Mike's expertise provided us with great results that only come from years of skill and experience. Marcel did incredible work on the siding. He was professional and focused on the details. We highly recommend!

Professional and friendly. Work was fully explained and done on time. I would have give 5 stars but, the proof will be how this withstands winter and ice. I may then update to 5 stars.

Work on our roof began before winter set in last fall, but the job had to be closed up and postponed as weather conditions deteriorated. Work was finally completed last week without any unplanned-for hitches. Workmanship and attention to detail appear to be excellent. Their extensive experience with this type of roof repair and awareness of possible pitfalls made the work easier for them, and for us! Their communications were excellent, with updates on progress and answering all questions openly and without hesitation. They came prepared with all that was needed : tools, supplies, knowledge, and experience. First Class!!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roof and/or chimney repairs of any type.

An unusual winter cold spell left us with ice damage and condensation around an exhaust vent in our roof and ceiling. David came by to provide a clear explanation of the situation as well as a detailed estimate for the work needed to repair the vent, roof and attic in the area of the problem. At the first available break in the weather Mike and David carried out the work exactly as planned in a highly professional manner. We are extremely happy with the result.
